Hoping to bump this in hopes of finding a new writer! My previous partner did get started, and I've included a link to the posts (about 6 deep, merely starting the scene.)

This is the recap of the initial idea:

It's the idea of someone who's sole profession is to... inspect panties. But, inspecting them on the girl or woman who's wearing them. Perhaps there's offices devoted to this! It's as common as a Doctor's or Lawyer's Office! Everyday there's appointments for girls and women alike to get their panties inspected, have their most intimate areas touched, caressed and groped.

But, in a world like that.... It wouldn't be taboo, right? *laughs* So - This idea.... The Panty Inspector.... Is your character's fantasy. Perhaps someone who's older, possibly retired. He's fantasized about that all of his life. But, it's real life. Who would indulge such a thing? Well.... let's just say you slip up to a girl who's had a few beers..... And, maybe... just maybe just calls you on your bluff. And, gives you 15 minutes.

What does he do? What is Panty Inspecting to him? Obviously, getting close and personal with these delicious panties while they're on the girl. The title gives him the power to touch where he needs to, grope, caress, and maybe even play..... with the panties and person who's wearing them! Obviously, his duties go farther than that. Recommending panties, dressing girls, discouraging certain fits/styles. This could include inspecting their panties, feeling them, touching the soft fabric... Maybe even going as far as rubbing against them to measure how well they absorb cum!
