Ive been reading a new book series, and wanted to play out something ala the walking dead, or similar to it, but have it starting when they first move into the towns and cities,not starting after they've taken over most of the city, and the country.
My character would be a Marine corps first lieutenant, a platoon leader, sent in to secure a neighborhood and evacuate the civilians. That is where your character would meet mine, perhaps a prepper, or ex military, and we can go from there.
