I have some ideas, but haven't played this using rules past 2nd Edition. But have three concepts:
Ex-Corp Suit: Fallen on bad luck and more she is actually out of her element with modest tech enhancements mostly to do her job and look amazing, but she has a mother load of contacts and had enough money using her ending Corp access for cybernetic upgrades. Prefers avoiding combat over cutting deals and has a SIN number and lines of credit yet.
Budget Cyber-soldier: Worked in a merc company getting older cybernetics ,cheap bastards, largely on her body and packs a couple guns she modified herself, ain't pretty but gets the job done and at least her tech is easy to upkeep.
Street Doc: Holding an advanced degree in medicine she does practice on the streets trained both in conventional medicine, cybernetics and has some healing magic her adept powers in that reduced a tad from minimal cybernetics needed to function in modern society but isn't a decker but many device require she plug-in sadly she might use in her work.
