Hmm most interesting. For all I know I could forget going psychic and add on lasher and researcher instead (Lasher particularly in how it could be used in and out of combat >:) )

PokéMutants And Pokémon Moves

PokéMutants learn Pokémon Moves automatically once they reach half as many of the required Pokémon levels (rounded up) with Class levels instead.

If a PokéMutant already has six Pokémon Moves and reaches a level where they can learn a new Pokémon Move, they may permanently discard one of those six Pokémon Moves to learn a new one; which is essentially how the video games handle things.

If they are a 2nd-Stage or 3rd-Stage PokéMutant, they can learn the Pokémon Moves that are on the Move list of a previous Evolutionary Stage to them, provided that the Pokémon Move is not already available on their default Move list at a higher level and is not of an Element Type they lack (excluding the Normal Element Type).

Example, with a Leafeon PokéMutant: once they have 3 Class levels they will learn Sand Attack (Leafeon level 5, halved then rounded up); once they have 5 Class levels they will learn Razor Leaf (Leafeon level 9, halved then rounded up) and they also learn Baby-Doll Eyes (Eevee level 9, halved then rounded up); once they have 7 Class levels they can give up one of their current six Pokémon Moves to learn Quick Attack (Leafeon level 13, halved then rounded up); and so on.

Example, with a Noivern PokéMutant: once they have 24 Class levels they do not learn Air Slash (Noibat level 48, halved then rounded up), as that Pokémon Move is available on their default Move list once they have 27 Class levels (Noivern level 53, halved then rounded up).

Example, with a Scizor PokéMutant: once they have 11 Class levels they will learn Metal Claw (Scizor level 21, halved then rounded up), however they cannot learn Wing Attack (Scyther level 21, halved then rounded up) as they lack the Flying Element Type.

If they are a Baby/Basic Stage PokéMutant, they can learn the Pokémon Moves that are on the Move list of a following Evolutionary Stage to them, provided that the Pokémon Move is not of an Element Type they lack (excluding the Normal Element Type).

Example, with a Noibat PokéMutant: once they have 35 Class levels they will learn Dragon Pulse (Noivern level 70, halved then rounded up); once they have 38 Class levels they will learn Boomburst (Noivern level 75, halved then rounded up) as it is a Normal Element Type Move.

Example, with a Scyther PokéMutant: once they have 11 Class levels they will learn Wing Attack (Scyther level 21, halved then rounded up), however they cannot learn Metal Claw (Scizor level 21, halved then rounded up) as they lack the Steel Element Type.

Here's my Leafeon's Character Sheet mechanics wise. I'll get her up a proper background and why she became a Leafeon next. Also I've had her master forest and grasslands for the survivalist feature because I thought it would be okay as it wouldn't be that odd for her to have spent three nights in those areas before. If you prefer I can take that part out and save which terrains she's mastered for later.

No it's okay, I can just make sure the setting will generally include lots of forest areas :-)

Also, if some folks are internally questioning as to how PokéMutants of different Evolutionary Stages having access to Pokémon Moves that don't seem to make as much sense with or without something their originating Evolutionary Stage possesses, then I just gotta point out...
