NEWS UPDATE 12/27/13
It's been a troubling three months following the senseless deaths of 105 people caused by a malicious 12 year old trainer and his Pokémon. Concerned parties and academics across the world seek the attention of Governments worldwide for new legislation regarding Pokémon trainer licensing and punishment towards those who would use Pokémon to commit crime.

-------------------------

NEWS UPDATE 02/14/14
Following the global outcry, the International Pokémon League Licensing Organisation has enacted a worldwide increase to the minimum age of Trainer Licensing to fifteen years, effective within the next quarter. Other countries have the option to increase the minimum age requirement further, with a growing trend of setting the minimum age to eighteen years for most countries. Those licensed trainers who fall below their country's new minimum age requirement will need to attend their local police department over the next three months to surrender their Pokémon for transfer into a digital storage box until they are old enough reacquire a Trainer License.

-------------------------

NEWS UPDATE 05/23/14
Hostilities continue across the globe, as Pokémon are removed from underage trainers by police after failing to meet the deadline for the voluntary surrender of their illegally owned Pokémon. In many instances, police have met violent resistance from trainers, as well as a number of groups that have sprung up in the wake of the licensing changes, some of whom have used Pokémon to assault police.

-------------------------

NEWS UPDATE 05/27/14
Rioting has broken out in major cities as police and military personal attempt to quell the destructive actions of Pokémon trainers, young and old alike, who refuse to abide by the new Trainer laws passed earlier this year.

To make matters worse, the unexplained pulses that causes digital Pokemon storage to fail continue to appear in communities around the world. These pulses cause Pokémon to be ejected from PokéBalls and PokéBoxes alike, before damaging those devices in a way which has prevented any attempts of repair or reuse. At this point no one has claimed responsibility for these pulses, whilst their frequency and area of effect only seems to grow every twelve hours.

-------------------------

Your head is throbbing as you awaken, everything is dark for a moment before piercingly bright lights switch on somewhere above you. You're on your back, a mask over to lower half of your face and held against a cold surface at your wrists and ankles, turning your head you see others around you in the same position, wearing matching black masks fed by tubes leading out of view.

*WELCOME* a voice booms in your head, causing you to strain against the restrains in surprise, *YOU HAVE BEEN BROUGHT TO ME BECAUSE HUMANITY HAS BEEN FOUND WANTING, AGAIN YOU HAVE PROVEN YOURSELVES UNWORTHY OF EXISTENCE* the internalized voice continues.

*BUT I AM NOT WITHOUT MERCY, YOUR LIVES SHALL CONTINUE, IN A NEW FORM OF YOUR FONDEST DESIRES CHOOSING* the voice explains, *NOW LET YOUR REBIRTH BEGIN*

The mask starts pumping a gas so thick you can almost feel it pushing down your throat, and within minutes your body is aflame with pain, your ears fill with the sounds of popping and cracking bones and the screams of your fellow captives, before unconsciousness claims you again.

POKEMON TABLETOP UNITED
AN UNNATURAL CONCLUSION

CHARACTER CREATION

STEP ONE
Choose Any Non-Ghost, Non-Legendary, Non-Swarm* Pokémon; you are transformed into an athromorphic human-Pokémon hybrid version of your choice, referred to from this point on as a PokéMutant, without the ability to evolve.

All PokéMutants will gain an equal bonus to their Combat Stats regardless of the Pokémon chosen, so being a third-stage Pokémon or a baby Pokémon won't change how comparatively powerful you all are, although it will determine which stats (Attack, Special Defense, etc) get how much of a boost each. For example, a Pokémon with low Speed won't give you much of a Speed boost.

With regards to Pokémon who can learn HM and other utility Moves like Strength, Cut, Rock Smash, etc, you still need those specifically to push boulders, cut bushes and smash weak rocks, but you'll only need Fly or Surf if you intend to carry others whilst respectively flying or swimming.

*The Swarm Pokémon restriction does not include those with multiple heads who share a single body (Exeggutor, Girafarig or Combee, etc); only those which are separate Pokemon huddled together, such as Exeggcute, Dugtrio and Magneton.

STEP TWO
Post your Pokémon choice here and I will generate your starting Combat Stats; and a +1 bonus to your Body, Mind or Soul, the choice of which will not let you reduce that selected Attribute below Fair (+1).

STEP THREE
Choose one of that Pokémon's Basic Abilities, and a Background.

STEP FOUR
Go through the remaining character creation steps as normal, but BEWARE your new Master does not appreciate skills or abilities tied to the use of PokéBalls. Over the course of play, a PokéMutant may ultimately know up to 12 Moves, up to 6 Moves from their Pokémon list and up to 6* Moves from Class features.

PokéMutant's can gain any Normal Type, Fighting Type, or any other Moves that match their Type from Classes.  For example, you have to be a Psychic type PokéMutant to take Psychic Moves from the Telekinetic Class; however any PokéMutant (including a Ditto) could take Normal and Fighting type Moves from a Class.

*Pokemon that do not learn 6 different Moves (such as Ditto or Unown), may take additional Moves from Class features to a total of 12 Moves.

Milena was (and still is) a nerdy bookworm that never ended up being a trainer when she was of legal age. She preferred to just be around pokemon and befriend the ones that didn't scare her meek mind. In other words, a peaceful normal girl with terrible luck as to be suddenly captured.

XD Oh my. This seems to have become quite a interesting discussion. I'll be joining in I think, my mind's currently on a dancer type of character (pokemon choice and skills are still up in the air). Any suggestions for a possible mon choice LSWS?

She will kinda be a pretty face who secretly is a bit more nerdy than she's shown to people (I might swing for something psychic).

The only real 'dancer' Pokémon, is the Grass female-only Lilligant, capable of learning 4 out of the 9 Dance Moves in the series:

However as far a Psychic Pokémon who's design is based on a dancer, look no further than Gardevoir who can learn Rain Dance and is perfect for male, female and hermaphrodite characters:

Note: I didn't include a female image for Gardevoir because about 10% of all Pokemon porn features this particular option.

Oh ,I think you misunderstood me. I meant before being captured one of her passions was dancing ( though her transformation might have changed what style she does). Was actually considering both Gardevoir and Malamar actually ( the lader being all but impossible to find a female anthro of). More or less where Mileena was the reclussive nerd my character will be the pretty face who hid just how smart she was to be popular (she may have done so to make it easier to manipulate her way to getting what she wants >:) )

Well part of the transformation is that it's either a Pokémon or feature that you'd like to have or desire.  So someone who loved dancing could have been transformed into a Lilligant by their new Master on that alone, or into a Gardevoir as a combo of Psychic and dancing, alternatively they could really love Pikachu and be transformed into that regardless of their interest in either, it comes down to their strongest desire determining their new form.

That said, if you're more into wanting an influential pretty face we could be going through Pokémon for the better part of the day :D

So what deep desire turned Milena into a futa Miltank: a maternal desire, growing up happily on a Miltank farm, or something else?
