Maybe. Depends on the character concept. If you're squishy and weak as a kitten caster, I be okay going low on Strength or Constitution. I'd say, probably not if you're going to dump mental stats, esp Charisma.
Since if you're Cha is below 10 you smell bad and the party doesn't want to travel with you. Or something.
Just don't be cheap about it.

I'm still getting used to the site layout.

I'm thinking the Synthesist will have all around low physical stats in the vein of Raistlin Majere and Elric of Melnibone. He looked for a way to improve his natural frailty and discovered a ritual that allowed him to bind an eidolon to himself, giving himself the strength, grace, and toughness of an eidolon.

So let me pitch this. I'm thinking the party would start out imprisoned.
The immediate starting action would be the escape sequence.
Initial conflict would surround possible seeking revenge/intrigue regarding their captor, though could diverge in other directions depending on player choice and what kind of motivations your characters have.

Thinking the initial setting would be urban, a very large, thriving and mysterious metropolis, a city you might have heard of but have never been to.

Oh, regarding characters. I'd like a brief write-up on their personality/background and like... 3 characters goals or motivations. Since I'm very into tailoring the plot to characters.
As far as "character sheet" stuff, I leave that up to you how you want to format it.

EDIT: Small update I just need to write out a character background and Im good to go got my little Shadow Sylph ill get to that tomorrow since its almost midnight here.

Nah, it's not Golarion, it'll be original.
Probably reminiscent of Sigil, minus the whole portals thing.

You can select a deity from any setting you like or make one up. I sometimes crib deities from various settings. Vecna's a perennial favorite.
Typical D&D/fantasy religions do exist. Though a lot are atheists too and clerics don't need a deity to manipulate divine energies.

Stats: Base 10 in each, add 20.

Starting gold for 5 is 10,500.

Oh, and on other thing to keep in mind.
I do my own "take" on a lot of things, especially monsters.
So don't assume monsters are the same as presented in the bestiary/monster manual.

The biggest example being dragons. I don't do the standard hierarchy of power or the assumption that color strictly equal species/element.

Things like that. So don't be all "wtf" is there's a WHITE fire-breather or something.

Nah, you'll be free to go to wherever.
Though the idea is that you've been abducted to a strange city by a mysterious individual and are rather far from home (unless player consensus hates that idea).
