Seeking F for GM'd freeform bondage Fantasy RPG

So I seem to have some more bandwidth for RPing and I'm looking for some to play a lighter, freeform GM'd sword & sorcery game.  Something like a traditional dungeon crawl, where I GM (i.e., plan the encounters), and my partner takes a character through the adventure:  getting captured, restrained, placed in various predicaments, escapes, and continues on.  I'm thinking of a 50/50 story to smut ratio, with more story in the beginning to set the scene.

I am willing to consider running this as a small group game if a few friends express interest in playing together.
