Name: Courtney Jefferson
Age: 19
Character Type: Main Character
Occupation: Cafe owner/waitress
Physical Description: No matter what else she wears, Courtney always has on a simple silver pendant with a cross, a gift from her mother.
Personality: Courtney has good days and bad days. On the good days, she feels almost normal, spending her life with a generally amiable attitude and hoping that people don't notice just how much of her cheerfulness she's faking. On the bad days, she either gets excessively homesick, horrified by the deaths of her old friends or just generally morose and unresponsive.
History: Courtney came over on a school bus for a high school trip two years ago, and the bus got lost along the way. She's the only survivor from that particular expedition: something that resembled a cross between a T-Rex and a giant buffalo forced the vehicle off the road and down into a canyon. A handful of students managed to squeeze out through the windows and doors, but between the attacks of other creatures, the thick mist obscuring view, and the blind panic sending a couple girls slipping and falling from the road, it was pure chance that she survived at all.
Quirks: Must have 2+ and be equal to Flaws. These are positive characteristics that can help your character survive. There is where you would list weapons.
- Cafe owner: a month after she showed up, she'd been working at the Hearth Cafe when the poor woman who ran the place died and left it to Courtney. She has things more or less under control, and often gives new people a chance to work there while they're settling in.
- Physical pain tolerance: A contrast to her mental instability, her body just doesn't as easily shut down thanks to agony. Her mental faculties probably won't be at her best while she's got an arrow sticking out of her arm, but she'll still be able to run without having to stop, or scream, or find some way to manage herself before fleeing. Likewise, she won't be very fast if one of her legs is wounded, but hopping on the other leg can be lifesaving as opposed to falling down and crawling.
Flaws: Must have 2+ and be equal to quirks. These are negative characteristics which could lead to harm for your character.
- Post-Traumatic Stress: It may or may not truly qualify as a disorder, but she hasn't taken living in this city with any degree of ease. She's much more apt to freeze in a fight-or-flight scenario, the nightmares still haunt her, and little by little her resolve wears away.
- Homesickness: Being from outside of town means that she hasn't seen her family or friends in years, and the loneliness can, at times, border on obsession. Offering her a way out, appearing to be her family, or similar deceptions could bring about a fatal naivete on her part.

A nonstop horror fest without a chance to have people help her get it together and be her friends will just result in her either collapsing into a useless, gibbering wreck or finding herself some way of escaping the city even if her body doesn't make the trip.
Specify Hard Offs: Mutilation and soul stealing are the huge ones. I don't mind so much if the character dies, but I do feel as though there's a point where death is obvious and I don't mind simply ceding the issue. If you must cover her in human waste, it's not going to be a sexual experience by any means, but it would certainly be a traumatic one.
Sexuality: Bisexual but still a virgin, and waiting to find the right person
Content Level: Nightmare. I'm one of the kinds of people who would rather a character simply died if things get
Death? Y Degree of Death? (Normal, Nightmare, Hell): This one is a little more difficult to answer. I sort of detach for a character once death is imminent and obvious, and unless her soul gets trapped or devoured or something, it doesn't much bother me if she's completely disembowled in a spectacularly messy fashion or just painlessly collapses. If she's being torn limb from limb by starving wolves, though, I'm not going to have much interest in continuing to play it out during the course of the events.
If she ends up dying, I will most likely leave one final post giving as much as feels reasonably comfortable to me as a sendoff, and then leave an OOC that they're free to do as they like with her without worrying about god-modding or the like.
Face Claim?: If I understand this question correctly, the girl's name in my picture is Bailey Rose.
