Good. I have to wonder, the hacking is big news, but what did the Russians actually do to effect the elections other than expose the truth as to the underhanded dealings of the Democratic party and Bernie getting screwed. Did I miss something?
In the end, all we have left are memories.

I guess what is most likely to happen next is defunding the ethics board through a meassure tacked on to some completely unrelated law. I'd be willing to bet some money that someone will try it within the next 6 months, if they can find a law that has bi-partisan support that can be hijacked for just that purpose.

It's most common for them to try that with spending bills, since those have to be passed, but these days they may not get quite the automatic pass the GOP is hoping for.  This stunt has put everyone on notice, and with any luck more people will be watching for another such attempt and they'll still have a hard time slipping it past.

The big thing is for voters to manage to remember this until the midterm elections in 2018, and hopefully Democrats will actually get out and vote.  :P  Traditionally there's mainly a Republican turnout for such elections.

Yet another case of a Special Needs person suffering abuse. (And an added Race aspect thrown in as well) This poor person was kidnapped, cut with a knife, burnt with cigarettes, tied up and forced to drink toilet water as his abusers laughed and screamed at him.
