You can still see the 'fold marks' in the star, and the colors/shaping are a bit off for a standard Photoshop.  The eyes in particular are sorta squeezed onto the star.  For efficiency, my bet would be some kind of sticker.  Design and print it off at home, do some phenomenal parkour in a white hoodie, slap it on the star, and go.

You probably don't need to do any parkour. There seem to be a few small windows right under the roof. Should be possible to get there inside the building. Once you are there, getting onto the roof is easy, and the cone-shaped base of the star has all those small protrusions that should make for an easy climb. Unless it has rained recently, any halfway agile person not afraid of heights should be able to get up there fairly easily. Heck, I could probably do it, and I haven't gone climbing in 20 years.

I saw another page where they showed fewer, but more detailed messages from people describing what they were experiencing, mostly at places like gas stations, but some in schools, and one was even in a Starbucks, in front of customers, and sadly nobody did a single thing and the guy in question was intimidated out of the store.

And there are Muslim women, even devout religious ones, not wearing Hijab's because they fear for their safety so much now. Makes my heart break, it really does.

I hadn't checked out the wider angle shot.  ^_^  In any event, the parkour reference was a half-assed 'Assassin's Creed' joke, since the main character is always doing these fancy moves (and wearing a white hooded outfit) and somehow no one catches on.

I'm just saying how I would approach it, if tasked with such a feat.  Of course, there are 'graffiti artists' who somehow put complicated 'tags' on buildings in cities without anyone catching them, so painting isn't completely out of the question.

Maybe it's not really news, as I can't point to any one source, but I'm seeing so many progressive and liberal networks lighting up and mobilizing, arranging non-violent protests and starting campaigns to support some agencies and institutions that are going to be really important for the next couple of years. It's happening all over the globe as well. No one stands alone in this, and that's heartwarming.
