Yeah, they do have a lot of military might, but with the God-King alive they could never really respond without the full might of the rest of Mythos coming upon them, now instead of the full might they need only worry about a powerful warlord or a alliance of them.
Yup.   ;D I'm sure he'll be making alliances, himself, too. I'm not sure if he's ambitious enough to try to conquer all of Mythos, but he'll definitely be looking to gobble up Dunwhal.

Catherine's real goal right now is to make a self sustaining kingdom, which means she will probably aim for the plains for food, and then start the long invasion of Granbriar for minerals and metals.  Maybe even Naros if she can get the navy gathered.

Skirmishers can be decent auxiliary units in an army, but without some heavy support, they could be slaughtered. So my recommendation would be something along the lines of heavy infantry. The infantry engage the enemy forces, the skirmishers harass from the sides.

Ahh, I didn't see that you added stuff to your sheet. I'll give it a looksie.

Light Bearer - Shield walls are always a good idea.
Shooting Stars - Archers are good for thinning the ranks of charging enemies, but shooting into melee can be dangerous.
Skirmishers - Good in conjunction with shield walls.

What it seems like you're lacking would be a lightly armed raider unit (for disruption of enemy supplies), spies and/or saboteurs (Which makes me think of another one to add to my own) if you want to go that route, Cavalry of some sort. Given magic as an existing force in the world, it might make sense to have a specialized mage unit; but that would really be dependent on how magically inclined the race is. It's also a matter of how you plan to handle battles.

"Combat medics" of some sort might be a good idea, too.

Divine Healers - Always good to have someone to patch up your soldiers.
Fervor of the Stars - Ambush unit. Nice touch.
Retribution Strikers - Are these your skirmishers? They seem a lot more offensive than typical skirmishers, so it should be interesting to see how they work.
Moon priests - Offensive magic support, a good idea. Question, though. I think you may have mistyped: "Casting isn't their best suite but they can still pack a punch into the enemy. " Did you mean 'fighting' instead of 'casting'?
Projections of Light - These guys are more about providing magical shielding and the like? Is that correct?
Void Swords - Are these meant to be more like ninjas or assassins?

Just added six more to my army. Some specialists, some 'standard' units.

Okayyyy...  Well how long do you guys think we should wait for others to join us?  I was thinking that maybe if there is no interest by Monday or so then we could start.

I suppose so. I was hoping to see more interest. How will we handle all the unclaimed territories? Do we want to just divvy them up, and create something like 'The Three Kingdoms'?
