Hello, I am trying to figure out how I can get an Image I want as my Avy, bit no matter what I do it says the picture is to big, but I have it down to the size it needs to be, can someone help me?

I am also hoping someone can tell me how I use images for links for O/Os and requests.

The avatars need to be 150x200
