Suggestion: Horizontal Rule colour

Maybe it's just my graphics/monitor settings, but the horizontal divider
is hardly noticeable to me. Could we have a slightly darker colour for it that makes it stand out a bit more, maybe something like the line that divides the header of a post from the main body of text?

...apparently SMF's parser barfs on trying to do anything neat with self-closed tags.

This may have to wait unfortunately : /
