It'll be a while before I do get to check, but from memory they get light power armour and maybe some kind of bolter from the get go. That I think does not suit low ranked acolytes at all.

One of the people in my rp group im GMing is playing a sororitas......OP is an understatement. BUT They aren't allowed money. And they are only allowed two weapons (more if they can prove that they are using them consistently), and their equipment is requestioned from the echlesiarchy.

I mean, you can give them the kickass gear but they don't actually own anything.  So make the wrong person angry and suddenly no more toys.  So you can tie a lot of strings to the gear.

Yeah see I think I'd rather take most of the toys away now since having a priest hang around to supervise would be annoying.

If you strip away the OP gear and replace it with more standard stuff do they still have unique skills and faith powers or are they just female guardsmen?

The one in the inquisitors handbook is toned down but still has a wandering sororitas vibe. Can have money and no power armour.

They probably get faith stuff by level 3...I don't have my book on hand to verify.  So they are a little different from Guardsmen.

Starting Skills: Common Lore (Imperial Creed) (Int),
Literacy (Int), Performer (Singer) (Fel), Speak Language (Low
Gothic) (Int) and Trade (Copyist) (Int).
Starting Talents: Basic Weapon Training (Primitive),
Melee Weapon Training (Primitive), Pistol Training (Las) and
Pure Faith (see page 50)
Starting Gear: Club or flail or staff, las pistol and charge
pack, carapace chest plate and mesh cowl or feudal plate,
aquila necklace, chaplet Ecclesiasticus (a devotional iconamulet),
vestments (Good Quality Clothing), 4 candles,
writing kit, copy of the Rule of the Sororitas, and Ring of
Suffrage (counts as a charm).
Starting Wealth: 70+2d10 Thrones.
Monthly Income: Supine Class.

Pure Faith (Talent)
Your faith in the God-Emperor of Mankind, His divine power
and grace, is total and complete. This faith wraps around you
and suffuses your soul, armouring you so the foul influences
and weapons of the heretic cannot bear to touch you. Pure
Faith provides all of the following benefits:
You are always immune to the effects of Daemonic Presence
(including the negative modifiers to your Willpower).
You may avoid taking a Fear Test, avoid acquiring Insanity
Points and avoid gaining Corruption Points by spending
a Fate Point. These safeguards remain in place for the
duration of the encounter only.
You may burn a Fate Point to resist the effects of any single
Daemonic or psychic attack, effectively allowing you to
emerge unscathed as if by a miracle.

I came up with a (random) Noble Born Cleric.  Now I just need to figure out where Noble Born is from, hmm.

Is there still room for another player in this? Or do you think you have as many players as you'd want, John?

I'll say we have room for 1 more but that's it. Ace is in but that's full.

If people could start posting characters now that would be great.

You'll have my assassin in the next three hours.  Jaded, the noble born origin is also in the Inquisitor's Handbook.

Working on Devi now.  She's an acrobatic/melee type assassin, a young woman from dusk wiht fair skin, long black hair and purple eyes.  She has a crush on either our inquisitor or one of his higher up acolytes, whichever works better for John.

By the way.  You said we had 500 EXP.  Do we also have any extra months of pay with which to equip?
