Name: Lucian
Age: 28
Gender: Male
Crimes: Numorous counts of assault, resisting arrest, rape, blackmail and murder. If seen, authorities urge you not to approach. Suspect is extremely dangerous, and likely to be armed.

Humans and anthros live together in a relaxed, if somewhat strained relationship. It took countless lives and seemingly endless wars, but now they finally have peace. Of course, considering how much blood was shed between both groups, it's not too hard to imagine that some of them preferred the war...

Lucian is one such person. A dragon anthro, his species was hunted nearly to extension. He lost his wife, he was tortured and abused physically, mentally, and sexually by the humans during the war when he was held prisoner, only to be released and told that he was to regard them as equals. It wasn't long before he was hunting them for sport, taking them for pleasure as had been done to him, blackmailing those that knew to keep their mouth shut.

A year after he was finally captured, he escaped, and the deaths started again...

I'm looking for either a male or female human who will become Lucians next target. You can either play a detective that gets too close and draws his attention, a past victim that survived, or even related somehow to one of the ones that died. He targets your character, and your character knows they're next on his list.

What happens next?
