Nations victory over enemy rewards King with Queen of the doposed m for f

This role play could take place in another alternate universe or another planet.  The idea is that two nations have been at war for years.  One is ruled by a self concerned ruthless dictator and the other by a very caring Queen.  The Queen has been able to fend off the invading nation with magic but with so many of their skilled magician dead now she cannot hold of the invasion any longer. 

She decides to surrender under one condition.  She will turn herself over to the invading King to do with as he wishes although it is a fairly well known idea she will become his sexual slave.  However he could simply torture her and then kill her.  Whatever his decision she will abide by it under the conditions that the invading nation leave the farm land and natural resources of her people to them instead of taking them home as a prize.  She has one last bit of magic and she places it in place upon turning herself in.  If they reneg then a curse will be placed on the king and his people causing plague and disease.

However, she knows now the best case scenario is that he will take her body and use it as he wishes.
