The ability to change your personal text comes with getting through the approval process.  If you are approved, I'm sure that changing it will be the first thing that you'll do.

Your welcome and the staff have taken on board your comment about ti seeming immature and we are looking at alternative texts to put as the default.  It's a little thing but it perhaps changing that will help avoid giving new members, like yourself, the misconception that we are sex obsessed.
