Older divorcee story - looking for M to play the part

Preamble:

Glenn Cartwright is a successful dental surgeon who at the age of 49 thought he had it all. His practice was very lucrative, to the point where he could afford a San Diego apartment and a Miami summer house besides his Manhattan residence. He was still married to his high school sweetheart Nicole, to whom he had gotten engaged straight out of college. Both of his children – a boy called Thomas and a girl  named Maya - were now out of the house and had graduated university themselves. In another decade he would have looked forward to a happy and quiet retirement, were it not that his wife dropped a bomb on him. One morning Nicole asked for a divorce, telling her husband that she had fallen out of love with him years earlier and had only stuck around out of habit and for the benefit of their children. Now that the kids were adults themselves, she no longer could stand lying to herself and wanted another chance at rediscovering “real” love. No amount of pleading and begging could dissuade his wife and they ended up agreeing to a rather amicable divorce settlement that gave her the San Diego apartment and a lump one off sum of money. Soon thereafter, Nicole moved West.

After spending the first six months feeling sorry for himself, Glenn himself got back into the dating game, only the well-off divorcees he spent time with never managed to truly pique his interest. They were too settled for his liking, and after Nicole had so vehemently rejected their relationship for having become to rusty and routine, the last thing he wanted was someone with whom he was certain to make the same mistakes. Deciding to take some long overdue vacation, Glenn went to Florida to spend some time in his Miami beach house. To his surprise, he found a car in the driveway upon arriving. After initially thinking it to be his brother – who lived in Florida himself and had a housekey in case of emergencies – he instead found his nephew James, in a rather embarrassing state, at least from Glenn’s perspective. Having used his own key, he walked in on his nephew as he was being ridden cowgirl style by a pretty young woman. After the awkward scene was over with, his nephew explained that he had been spending his own Summer break at the house, without his father knowing about it. Glenn graciously agreed not to inform his brother of what his son had been up to, and even agreed to let James and his ladyfriend – a girl by the name of Kara – stay at the house with him for as long as they wished.



The pair of paragraphs above explain the basic set-up. The idea is for James to quickly ditch both Kara and Glenn at the house together. Kara is not James girlfriend, but more of a fuck buddie he met whilst in Miami. Kara will want to leave as well once she finds out that James has left, but Glenn - meaning you - will convince her to stay to keep him company. Eventually - though not immediately - it will turn sexual. It could be a fling that lasts a few weeks or something more profound, that will depend on how the roleplay plays out.
