Game of Thrones is over. What will fill my thirst for Epic Fantasy?

I'm a lover of medieval, fantasy, and epic fantasy topics.
I'm looking for a roleplayer that can feel my needs in quality, quantity, and everything in between.
I have a few characters in mind that I would love to discuss and start as soon as possible.

I prefer to play multiple characters and I would hope my partner does the same. I also like to discuss plots within a private message as well. Some of my ideas will have plots, but I like to have my partners say in the matter.

So is there anyone out there to feel the void within my heart that Game of Thrones has left me?
