Seeking Male for werewolf plot.

In a small town not too far from New Orleans, but far enough that no tourists ever drive through, was what appeared to be a close knit town with an elected mayor.  There was no crime with the exception of foolish childish pranks, and strangers never stayed more than a day in the quiet village.  They seemed frozen in time, not progressing with their technology like the rest of the world.  They seemed frozen in time almost.
The community was in fact a werewolf pack, one of the larger ones that had a freedom unlike many packs.  They had a whole town to roam, no strangers to be weary of, no chance of being exposed.  So when a stranger comes into the town and chooses to live there, the community is shaken and bewildered with this new arrival.

My idea for this is that the pack leader tries to find out what exactly is in the stranger’s agenda and if she is a threat to his clan.  And then of course there is keeping her quiet and protecting his clan.  I see him at one point planning to kill her.  This can be fleshed out and the details more finely tuned.  PM if you are interested.  
