Transformation Play!

Hey all.  I have a craving for a game that has transformation as its centerpiece.  The basic storyline should be something along the lines of a young woman being taken in as an apprentice/helper by a scientist or a wizard.  They could be either male, or female, whatever your preference is.  What the apprentice won't know, however, is that she is going to be the guinea pig for her employer.

Transformations I would like to see include muscle growth, transformation into a feline-woman cross, and plain old "enhancement" in the looks department.
