ORIGINAL PLOTLINES

PLOTS

Mafioso Tango
A Dangerous Dance

Pairing:  Mafioso/Innocent Bystander, M/M OR F/F
Genre: Modern, Dark Humour, Action, Alcoholism, Drug Use, Violence, Gore, Crime, Bromantic, Smutty, and potentially Very Kinky
Outline:
On your way to your crappy job you decide to be a good person and help a stranded motorist; remarkably grateful and bizarrely cheerful, he insists on thanking you properly by taking you out for drinks after work - you agree, but you insist on just one drink, it's a Thursday night, after all, and you don't really know this person.
You wake up at home with the worst hangover of your life, wearing clothes that aren't yours, you've got a huge hickey on your neck, and you're late for work.  You get to the office only to realize two things: 1) It's Sunday, you've somehow lost 2 days, 2) Your asshole boss is missing.  The few people who are in the office are looking at you with concern - your brother had called in for you and told them you were deathly ill.  You don't have a brother.
More Information:
Your boring life at your boring job is only ever broken up by the moments your boss bursts in to torment you; the man has been tearing you down, bullying you, and berating you for years and preventing you from ever advancing despite the fact the company's recent successes were because of you.  When you decide to be a good samaritan and help someone out, you end up going on a bender that you don't remember agreeing to, with a happy lunatic you'd never met before that day - and when weirdos start showing up on your doorstep, it's up to you to piece together exactly what happened between friday and sunday.  This can be adjusted to accomodate M/M or F/F.  I would prefer the role of the Mafioso (and would play the weirdos, the asshole boss, and a slew of others).

Running in Heels
Hey Babe, Take a Walk on the Wild Side

Pairing: Roommate/New Roommate, M/M OR F/F OR M/F
Genre: Modern, Dark Humour, Dark Themes, Cross-Dressing, Gender-bending, Action, Violence, Gore, S&M
Outline:
You haven't been doing well lately; you're deeply in debt, you've lost your job, and you're on the verge of losing your apartment.  You quickly realize that you need to do something fast, so you put out an ad in the paper searching for a roommate to help you ease the burden of rent.  After going through a number of unpleasant applicants, you find the perfect one - she's bright, funny, and a little weird, but above all, she's incredibly hot, and with your life in shambles already, it would be great to have a nice-looking girl around.
More Information:
Your new roommate is ideal; she's sexy, she's easy to talk to, and you find yourself quickly falling for her - but it's never that easy.  She works strange hours, she doesn't seem to have any family, and you later discover that she isn't a she at all - your roommate is a man.  If that isn't bizarre enough, it turns out that he's on the run.  This can be modified to be F/F, with the roommate being a woman dressed as a man, or modified so the other character isn't the same gender.

My Beloved Monster
We Go Everywhere Together

Pairing: Artist/Creation, M/M, F/F, or M/F
Genre: Modern, Supernatural, Dark Humour
Outline:
You didn't have many friends as a child, so you made one up.  At first your parents thought it was cute when you drew pictures of him, held hands with him, and insisted they set an extra plate at the table for him, but by the time you were twelve, it stopped being so adorable.  In fact, it became troubling, and you couldn't understand why - after all, he was real.  You could see him, it wasn't your fault that no one else could.
But after years of therapy, medication, and alternative treatments through high school, you learned it really was a figment of your over-active imagination.  You let him go.
Now you're in your mid-twenties and you work in a boring job with boring people in a boring environment that crushes what's left of your artistic talent - you've stopped being inspired by anything anymore.  Life is dull.
Until one night you dream, very vividly, and a familiar face appears.
More Information:
You were an imaginative, lively child and an intelligent and wildly artistic teenager - you were perpetually painting, drawing, sculpting, writing music, and while you were a little off-beat, you were constantly inspired by life - and your Muse was someone no one else could see.
Eventually, behavioural therapy taught you that your muse wasn't real; you were mentally ill and needed to be treated for it, and after years of medication, you forgot about him and turned to a life of office work.  You no longer do strange or interesting things; you go to work, then go home and sleep.  Rinse and repeat, with the occasional game of bowling with co-workers.
But when he comes to you in a dream, you suddenly remember what life used to be like - only, when you wake up that morning, he's still there.
And he's not going away this time.
This is an RP about an invisible friend who stops being so invisible.
This can be modified so the invisible friend is female.

A Kiss With a Fist
Is Better Than None

Pairing: Bartender/Old Partner, M/M strongly preferred, F/F or M/F possible
Genre: Modern, Dark Humour, Hitmen, Violence, Alcoholism, Drug Use, S&M
Outline:
This was the life you chose; after you retired from killing, you skipped town and went and bought yourself a bar in a basement in some broken-down part of the city.  It's not perfect, but it's your little piece of normalcy - you watch people go in and out, listen to their problems, polish the counter top.  It's simple.
Until he shows up.
He was your partner, back in the day - no.  That's a lie.  He was more than your partner - despite all of your disagreements, verbal sparring, and all the times you beat the shit out of eachother - he was your best friend.
And though you loathe to admit it, possibly more.
What ever it was, you would kill together - you did it for years, and then you left without ever telling him.
More Information:
You used to be a paid killer and you had a bizarre relationship with your even more bizarre partner; you would frequently beat the shit out of eachother, and though it would seem unhealthy to anyone else, you both enjoyed it.  You enjoyed killing together.  Maybe in a few drunk or high moments, you even enjoyed other things together, and now that you've retired and left him behind, you're encountering some consequences.
This is meant to be a strange, dark little RP between two twisted characters, one of whom is trying to convince himself he's normal, the other who has accepted that abnormality really is the norm.

Passion is Accurate
I Engineered a Heavy Heart, You Carried the Weight of It

Pairing: Abused/Old Friend, M/M OR M/F OR F/F
Genre: Modern, Dark, Psychological Drama, Dark Humour, Gore, Torture, May Contain Abuse-Heavy Scenes, Possible Drug Abuse, Self Harm References
Outline:
Life didn't turn out quite the way you thought it would; the man of your dreams turned into the man of your nightmares - you ran away with him during high school to escape your horrible family life, only to discover that you were running towards something even worse.  After enduring years of abuse at the hands of a husband who scares and controls you, you find yourself without a social life, with only your part-time job as a waitress to keep you away from him for a few hours a day.  Then one day you run into an old friend from high school - he was the recluse, the skinny, morbid goth kid with no friends but you, and a tendency to have cuts all over his arms - but now he's a handsome, successful businessman, and seeing him again is amazing.
But things are never that easy.  He asks to meet up later for drinks and you have to refuse, knowing your husband will expect you back at a certain time - and wouldn't it figure, your husband shows as you're talking.  He even takes a swing at your old friend, giving him a black eye.
You're dragged home by your husband and beaten severely; you would say you're used to it, but it's only been getting worse.  When you return to work, you're shocked to find your old friend is there again, and he's not easily deterred.
More Information
It turns out that the kind of business your old friend is in - well, it's not exactly the legal kind.
And he's going to help you out of your situation one way or another.
This is a story about escaping abuse, finding new love in an old friend, respecting yourself, and holding hands while sticking a knife into someone.
This plot can be adjusted to be M/M, M/F, or F/F.  I would prefer the role as the old friend and would also play the abusive husband.

The Oath
I Will Keep Those Bastards From You

Pairing: College Boy/Godfather, M/M OR F/F
Genre: Modern, Dark, Dark Humour, Gore, Torture, Possible Drug Abuse, Alcoholism, Kidnapping, Crime-based
Outline:
The college-aged son of a very wealthy engineer and self-proprietor doesn't have a great relationship with his inattentive, too-busy father; the extent of their relationship has always been that his dad will give him anything he wants in lieu of actual attention.  There's likely no mother in the picture and the son was raised mostly by a series of nannies and - most importantly and most memorably, by his father's business partner (and best friend).

The business partner was a hardened military man who worked in national defense and military sciences, he had the tendency of being grouchy and impatient and he had a mental block when it came to affection, but he provided more care and guidance to the boy than anyone else did in his young life.  He was the guy who came to the boy's sports games (or school debates), the one who showed up on the doorstep of any bully and threatened them with bodily harm, he was the one who would put a bandage on the kid's wounds and slap him on the back and gruffly tell him not to be a pussy while ruffling his hair.  He was like the favourite uncle, rough around the edges but with a heart of gold, a father figure to a boy who desperately needed it, he admired his godfather, loved him dearly - except, around the time the boy was in high school, his godfather disappeared -- without a word, without a trace, he was gone.

Years later, in a (very expensive) university away from home, the son receives news that his father has gone missing.  He immediately heads for home to speak with the detective who contacted him, only to be intercepted on the way there - it turns out that the son is in danger of being used as leverage, and someone has come out of hiding to protect him.

More Information
I would prefer to take the role of the godfather as well as the baddies they'll be running from.
This is written as M/M, but can also be F/F.  I would prefer this wasn't a heterosexual pairing.
