On multiple counts along with the other tabletops I enjoy. :)

The next person is guilty of combining mentos and a coke bottle.

Guilty! In the name of science, though. I made a model volcano and used coloured cola for the lava.

The next person is guilty of deliberately driving through puddles in the road to splash people walking by it.

Kind of guilty.  I didn't do it on purpose the first time.  But then I realized how much of an annoyance mopeds are, so I have done it to a moped or two :P

The next person is guilty of calling out of work pretending to be sick (or something else to excuse them from work) when they weren't.

Oh dear.. Guilty as charged! I honestly couldn't tell you anything close to a real number of times either. Heck, I did it today. >.>

Have you ever been arguing with someone, and halfway through the argument realized that the other party is actually right, but then continued to argue your case (Despite the fact that you now know you're wrong and that the best result you can hope for is a tie) just because you were to embarrassed or proud to admit that you were actually wrong all along?

As weird as it's going to sound, not guilty.  I don't like to argue to start with.  I usually back down because I have neither time nor patience to argue.  That said, when I do stand my ground, it's 99% of the time because I'm right and I know it.  I'd rather let someone else be right, think they are right, or just ignore them if I'm not sure of my own righteousness.

The next person will have been guilty of using the toilet and not flushing.

Um... I plead the fifth. Which always means guilty.

The next person is guilty of forgetting to put the toilet seat down.

Guilty as charged.

The next person is going to be guilty of burning a pot of water they left sit on the stove and forgotten about!

Totally guilty! I melted the pot, there were puddles of metal in the burner!

Guilty or not guilty? You've encountered someone who remembered you but you didn't remember them, so you faked it and pretended that you did.

All the time. I'm horrible at remembering names.

The next person is considered guilty for the charge of eating when not really hungry just for the sake of it.

Absolutely Guilty.

The next person is guilty of eating something they didn't like, but said they did, just to make someone else happy.

Not guilty. Though I have eaten things I don't like, I'm not very good at pretending to like them. My facial expressions give me away.

The next person is guilty of fighting with Venetian blinds, to the point of giving up.

*laughs* Yeah, guilty. I hate those things and we have them on our back porch window.

Guilty or not guilty? Someone made or gifted you with food that you hated, so you secretly threw it away and pretended you ate it.

Guilty. I've been gifted with some ugly coffee mugs. The one that comes to mind is a joke half-mug that I'd never drink out of and have no idea what to do with.

Guilty or not guilty? At least once, you've lied to your partner about where you were at a particular time.

Guilty or Not Guilty.  You have eaten dinner at a friend's place and cleaned the plate because it was epic food...

Guilty. I've got a friend who's an excellent cook.

Guilty or not guilty: You've eaten dinner at a friend's place and couldn't finish because the food was so bad.

-Dude, I totally am with you.  I have a friend.  Her BF is the type of guy who likes his meatloaf plain with ketchup, no veggies on a cheeseburger, and his steak like shoe leather.  She's an amazing cook.  Invited me to dinner for giving her a ride back and forth to work.  Her dude was cool, so I was like sure.  He shook his head at her cooking and kept complaining.  But when the plates came around.  I cleaned mine with ease.  She had the biggest grin in the entire world.  He was all, "You like her cooking?"  I was all, "Dude, your girl can cook like a boss.  You need to learn to eat real food."  :D

Guilty or Not Guilty: You drove someone's car and didn't fill up the tank.

Guilty as charged.

Guilty or not Guilty

You've bought food that looked like it would be really good, and turned out to be gross.

Guilty or Not Guilty

You've been pranked in your sleep (or when passed out).

Not guilty, actually. I don't get pranked very often. The most common is someone beeping the horn as they pass me walking.

True or false: You have pranked sometime else and regretted it later.

Not guilty! I do not play any prank because that is how well behaved I am. Or maybe I am just too timid to play a prank...

Next: you have accidently stepped on a snail. :(

Not guilty as far as I know. I haven't stepped on a snail, period. Again, as far as I know.

Yes or no? You have intentionally missed a scheduled appointment without calling ahead.

Guilty. I took another job and skipped on another training session. It was Kroger, so not much lost there.

G or NG? You have accidentally offended someone by using a term that you didn't know.

Guilty.  Kind of.  If you leave it at accidentally offending someone.  But not because of terminology.  If I am offending someone with terminology, I'm doing it on purpose.

Guilty or Not Guilty?

You prefer to let someone else do your talking.
