Guilty, far more often than I would like to admit.

Passing it on...

Have you ever slept for more than 12 hours in a day ?

Not very often (I have the opposite problem, I have insomnia), but I have a few times, so I guess I'm guilty.

Guilty or not guilty: You've broken something and blamed it on something or someone else, (earthquake, family pet, toddler, whatever).

Guilty. I have earned quite a few accusing looks from the dog for that.

Passing it on.

Oh lord, guilty. I've got so much weight to lose again after New Years.  :-(

Guilty or not guilty - You've broken a New Year's resolution within 24 hours of making it.

Guilty. I must have resolved to quit smoking a dozen times, knowing I'd never do it. And when I did quit (go me!), it wasn't because of a resolution.

G or NG? You've had alcohol for breakfast in order to battle a hangover (put it in your coffee, on your cornflakes, drank it straight, or whatever).

Not guilty, actually. I don't typically wake up with hangovers, but when I do get them, I sleep them off. With painkillers.

Guilty or not guilty? You've stayed up the entire night, knowing full well you have a busy day coming up.

Nobody is innocent of that... right?

Guilty or no? Stayed up all night in bed thinking about how you're gonna get up early the next day and get shit done...

Guilty? Perhaps? Up all night, yes, but not necessarily thinking about what I've to do the next day... Not always, anyway.

Guilty or not guilty? Walked into work looking unkempt, not because you didn't ready yourself, but because you got caught heading out.

I was guilty of that for most of a 3 month period.

Every gotten so caught up in a morning quickie that you ended up late for work?

Guilty... But offers no details.

Guilty or not guilty? Come across something you know you'll become addicted to, and yet be unable to stop yourself from going down that path of attempting to attain it anyway.

Guilty. But I stopped smoking cigs after 8 years and have been clean for the past 15 (save for the rare indulgence of my pipe.)

Ever made some sort of unfounded claim to someone and then scrambled to find any proof whatsoever to support your argument after the fact?

Obscenely guilty but is offering no details.

Guilty or no: You had what you thought was a good nights sleep only to discover how tired you are at work next day.

*sigh* Guilty.

Guilty or not guilty? After sending a PM to someone, you refreshed the page at least twice a minute to see if they had responded yet.

Guilty, I've gone a whole day like that without ever noticing.

Guilty or not guilty? You've told someone you loved them without really meaning it.

No, but I've kept my mouth shut when I should've said it plenty of times.

You've been on the receiving end of that and didn't like it one bit. Guilty or not guilty?

Oh yeah, I'm guilty.

Guilty or not guilty? You've been frisked by the police or some other authority.

Not Guilty! There were a few protests I attended where I ended up being glad of fast feet.

Passing this one on.

Guilty. I got caught jaywalking of all things and the cop frisked me and put cuffs on me, I assume as a "warning". Normally I have good experiences with the police, but this guy was an utter jackass.

Guilty or not guilty? You have been arrested.
