I've been burnt in the sun, but never because I fell asleep.

Have you ever met a celebrity you admire in real life?

Not guilty, I don't meet celebrities that much.

Guilty or not guilty - you have met a person who remembered you, but you didn't remember them, so you totally faked it and pretended you did.

Guilty.  Guilty, on a weekly basis, even.

You've gone out without your money/debit card and not realized it, until the time came to pay.

Oh my, terribly guilty. It's happened more than once.

Guilty or not guilty: You have stuffed your bra or underwear with the attempt of fooling people.

Not guilty. I've really never seen the point in doing that ~shrugs~

Are you guilty or not guilty of finding and trying to guess what's in a Christmas present before Christmas day?

Guilty! Down to an art... It started with finding the secret parental hiding places, and after a few shakes, rattles, learning how to un-tape boxes to discover the hidden treasures before re-taping them back up.  :D

Now I just like being surprised. -chuckles-

Not guilty, I choose life.

Guilty or not guilty? You broke something and tried to pretend someone/something else did it (for example, blamed it on the dog).

*sigh* Guilty, I've let some strange aromas accumulate in my fridge before investigating. What can I say, I'm a bachelor.

Guilty or not guilty? You've knowingly allowed yourself to be photographed in a state of undress.

Guilty! Knowingly and willingly :D Erotic photography is definitely an 'On'

Guilty or not guilty: you lied to your parents once about where you were 'really' going in your teenage years.

Guilty! And WAY more than once, my mother thought I was a nice boy who didn't go to parties like that.

Guilty or not guilty: You've been to a gathering/party/convention where the major theme was BDSM.

Guilty, but not a fan of it.

Guilty or not guilty: You've given a pair of your own underwear to someone as a gift.

Not guilty, but it sounds like something I'd do.

Guilty or not guilty: You've gotten a gift you hated and gave it to someone else, pretending you got it just for them.

Guilty as sin but regifting is a way of letting the love flow on even if you do not admit it hehehe.

Have you ever forgotten a gift for someone important to you?

Guilty. I recently forgot a friend's birthday and felt like total crap.

Guilty or Not Guilty: At least once you waited until Christmas Eve to finish your Christmas shopping, and then rushed it.

Not guilty.

Are you guilty or not guilty of making a fool of yourself at a past Christmas party?

Guilty. Seems to be a trend...

Are you guilty or not guilty of having too much to eat/drink at Christmas/holiday party?

Guilty and not because who's to say what's too much.

Guilty or not ordered something based on a friend's recommendation at a restaurant, talking it up because you thought you liked it. Turns out it's something else.  Makes for interesting dinner conversation.

Not guilty on that one.

Guilty or not guilty? At least once you've gone to work wearing the exact same clothes you had on the day before, having partied all night.

Totally guilty. I accidentally grabbed my girlfriend's underwear once. At least it was comfy.

Guilty or not guilty: You've gone to work having gotten no sleep at all the night before, and dozed off at work.

Guilty as charged.
Next person has forgotten where they worked and walked into the wrong place from lack of sleep.
