Since I haven't yet seen the episode that's a resounding Not Guilty.

The latest scrolls of prophecy to be consulted bear a striking resemblance to the next person getting their news from the daily show/Colbert report, instead of from the 24 hour entertainment/news networks. Are the prophecies true?

Not guilty!

You've been caught by surveillance drinking the equivalent of more than two cans of soda a day. What do you have to say for yourself?

Not guilty!  Erm... not for a few years, at least.  Soda never gets me high, anymore.

I heard it from a friend who heard from it a friend who heard it from another that you go out to eat, even though there's plenty of food in the house, but you don't want to cook.

Not Guilty, I enjoy cooking too much and my friends really don't mind the free feeds.

The latest message sent back from the future implies that the next person has used cooking food as a seduction technique.

Guilty.  If only I knew how to cook... perhaps you could show me?

My crystal ball reveals that you have attempted a new seduction technique, only to muddle it up and make your partner giggle instead of swoon.

My crystal ball... :'(  B-but, whyyy?  What'd it ever do to you?  I demand that you fix it!  Fix it, or I shall do unto you things like which have not been done unto you before!

And... erm... I plead the fifth.  Which, by the laws of nature, states that I am guilty.  Why does that even exist?

Prior to being brutally murdered, my crystal ball foretold that a person that would be posting here was guilty of looking through the recent texts and phone calls on their significant others' cell phone.

Not guilty, I trust my partners to tell me if they're unsatisfied, curious, or just want to experiment with someone else a time or three; so long as I don't know all the details and they give me no reason to think they aren't coming home to me. Therefore I have no reason to go snooping.

As for cooking it's not hard, and I'm sure lessons could be arranged for anyone that wanted to learn. Price negotiable... ;)

In that vein though, the oracles foretold of the posting of the next person, being that the next person apparently wanted to bring a 3rd party to bed with their significant other.

Hm.  Wanted to?  Yes.  Guilty.  Was I successful?  Well... you'll never know.

My new, improved, indestructible crystal ball claims... TNP likes seafood!

Oh so very guilty! I love seafood!

My ghostly friends tell me that the next person has broken up with someone because they were bad in bed.

Well, not just for that reason, but it has factored in before.

Lady Cryptic's ghostly friends also tell me that the next person doesn't actually believe in ghosts.

Absolutely; I mean, Tom Cruise is real. ... Right?

I've been informed by the NSA that after many months of reviewing text messages, phone calls, and e-mails they have determined that the next person likes to gamble. Yea or nay? What say you?

Guilty, but not an addiction. I like playing poker with some buddies for small change.

This ghostly little friend tells me that you are a big fan of the movie Legend, what say you?

Since the previous poster didn't answer in the correct format, I'll take both accusations!

This ghostly little friend tells me that you are a big fan of the movie Legend, what say you?

Not Guilty... Didn't know this movie existed but the wikipedia description is interesting, I'm going to have to check it out.

Ever stolen a fiver from your mums purse.

Not guilty.

The fates have spoken. The next person stands accused of utilizing horoscopes to help plan ones actions.

Not guilty... only because the horror scopes are seriously general.. now if you had planned out my entire star chart... perhaps.

My ghost also says that you've had an unhealthy obsession about a person before, what say you?

Hm.  Not guilty.  I'm obsessed with... well, nothing, as far as I know.

The cards reveal that you have been known to drink more than four cups of tea in a day.

I swear it's not me. There is however, a little woman in my house who drinks an obscene amount of tea every day, then insists that it only tastes right when I make it.

The next person stands accused of having stuffed animals in the bedroom.

I'm guilty. I have two teddy bears.

Who?  Never heard of them.

It is written on a bathroom stall door that the next person likes to sniff sharpie markers.

Not guilty. Sharpies and dry-erase markers make my head split.

I saw on Jeopardy last night that the next person thinks that the Minions from Despicable Me are the cutest things ever. And the verdict is...?

They are pretty damn cute.  But the living strawberry dubbed "Berry" from Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2 wins out.  The giant living tomato is pretty cute, too.

I stole Alex Tribec's journal, in which he foretells the future, and read that the next person watches a lot of movies aimed at younger audiences.

Guilty, so very guilty.

I heard it whispered at the beauty parlor that you ride a bike more than you ride in motorized transportation.
