For some reason, I have been noticing some odd behavior from the forums... Whenever I add or remove someone as a buddy, or view a new PM, it seems that the site doesn't actually acknowledge what I did for a few minutes. For example, it will still say I have unread messages long after I have read them, and people won't show up as buddies for a couple minutes after I add them. This only started recently, probably today, yesterday at the earliest. Any ideas?
My RP Ideas
To all my friends, I apologize for taking so long these days, I have been busy with work and reconnecting with an old friend, I will hopefully pick up the pace again soon.

It is a known bug. Nothing can be done, less than re-write the whole forum code (which Veks is in the process of) so just ignore it.

I have noticed, at least for me, that when this happens, it is usually when I have https:// rather than http:// .  Just thought that might be noteworthy.
I can go from southern belle to ghetto thug faster than you can say "Bless your heart".

Caching errors are common on major SMF forums. The new CMS has more robust caching code (I hope), built into the software from the beginning rather than tacked on later as is the case here.

As far as I know they're all just a nuisance.
