The struggles of a woman in a man's body (M looking M/F)

Before I start to introduce the story I need to tell you that I do not care if you're a woman or a man, but the role I'm looking for is male.

It is the story of a straight man falling in love with the inner woman of someone, but her outside is diffrent, she is a woman trapped in a mans body. But her partner is accepting her outside, accepting the fact she is trapped in the wrong body. A RP about all their struggles, their fights, ups and downs etc. I'm looking for the male partner/lover.
This is a love story, but not a happy one.
