Hero's Return (m/f, or m/m)

Character A is well respected and highly decorated war hero.  One fateful day he goes into battle and disappears.  He is assumed dead after a year or so, and his loved ones move on.  His significant other finds another companion/ remarries  But several years later he is is found very much alive.  There's just one problem; he lost his memory.  He remembers nothing before waking up naked in the middle of nowhere.

I am looking for someone to play the war hero's spouse, male or female, and possibly the hero's new love interest.  Time period and setting are also negotiable, but I would prefer something historical/fantasy.
