Hmm, very interesting plot idea, especially if the abducted and bound sister could also become part of the game so it would play out on two arenas. I can see that humiliation play is the major direction here but the presence of the abused sister would add some more to it. Especially if the two will meet in time - and the captive one feel shocked and guiltful at what her sister has been made to do for her.
