House Rules - Pleasure Points
« on: June 30, 2012, 02:27:26 AM »
Hey I have been working on this for some time and thought I might let you guys have a look at it and rip it to pieces until it is good. This is the pleasure point system that I have been tweaking for my upcoming pathfinder adventure games on this forum. Let me know what you think, also point out any difficulties and flaws. It is currently an incomplete Alpha so be nice :-)

Pleasure Point System

Pleasure Points

The pleasure point (pp) pool max equals 20 + four times HD it can range from 24 (1 HD) to 100 (20 HD). Pleasure points dissipate at 1d4 every day (to a minimum of 0) that the player or creature does not perform a sexual act.

Bonuses

Pleasure points can be expended to gain multiple benefits.

2 PP can be used to grant a one off +1 pleasure bonus to an attack roll, save, skill or damage roll. This bonus stacks with itself up to a number equaling 1/2 HD min of 1, max of 5 (for example at character with 4 HD can expend up to 4 pp to grant a +2 pleasure bonus). The use of pleasure points must be announced before the roll.

Pleasure points are also utilized by certain feats, magic, and special abilities.

All remaining PP can be expended to avoid death and return to 0 HP (optional)

Negatives

If PP is equal to or less than -1 it inflicts a -2 modifier to AC, attack rolls, skills and saves. It also causes a further -2 to any saves against enchantment magic.

Gaining Pleasure Points

Pleasure points are gained from both consensual sex (CS) by both parties and by non-consensual sex (RS) by the attacker. You can only gain up to half of your max PP in a day. If you lose PP due to RS you can also regain the amount that you lost from the RS.

CS

Consensual sex is when both parties are actively participating in sex, you cannot participate in consensual sex with a creature that is hostile towards you. During consensual sex rounds are split up into 5 minute intervals. During this interval both participants make a fortitude check to determine if they gain 1d6 PP. The DC for this check is 5, the next round and every consecutive round after that the DC increases by 5 if the previous check was passed or by 10 if the previous check failed. When the test is failed by 9 or less the character does not gain any PP. When the test is failed by 10 or more the character orgasms, gaining 1d6 PP. Once a character has had an orgasm they can not gain any more PP from sexual encounters for 1d4 hours. A character whom has had an orgasm can still lose PP from RS. A character may continue sex after orgasm but becomes fatigued. If a character continues after orgasm for 3 rounds or more they become exhausted.

One-sided CS

When one party is actively pleasing another party with no reciprocation (such as a blowjob) the receiver of the sexual pleasure is the only one that has to make a fortitude DC. The giver may make an aid another check to assist the fortitude check for every successful aid another check they make they are granted 1 PP. The receiver gains PP in the same way as CS except at 1d4 a round.

Group CS

Group consensual sex is when three or more participants engage at CS it functions as CS except that each participant is granted a free aid another check each round that effects one other participant's fortitude check. However, passing this aid another check does not grant 1 PP.

RS

Non-consensual sex is when one participant is taking advantage of another participant during a sexual encounter, generally during combat. Each round in RS lasts 5 seconds. The attacker must succeed on a fortitude save each round starting at DC 5 and increasing by 0.5 every consecutive round after a successful save (cumulative) or by 5 on an unsuccessful save. PP gain from RS is 1d3 a round. The defender must make a fortitude save to avoid losing 1d6 PP. The fortitude DC for the defender starts at 5 and increases by 1 every round. After an orgasm either side may continue but will become fatigued. The attacker after another 10 rounds becomes exhausted. While the defender takes 1d4 non-lethal damage each round after orgasm that they are still engaged in RS.

One-sided RS

When a participant is being forced to pleasure another, the receiver must make a fortitude save each round just like in regular RS (same DC and increments) however, the PP gain is only 1d2 each round. If this check passes the defender loses 1 PP.

When a participant is receiving pleasure against their will, they must make a fortitude save each round DC starting at 5 and increasing by 1 every round. The attacker may used aid another to hinder the save by -2. If the defender fails the save they lose 1d4 PP and the attacker gains 1 PP.

Group RS

When three or more participants are participating in a sexual act, and one or more of them are not willing participants then group RS occurs. Group RS functions like RS except each participant gets a free aid another that can either +2 or -2 to a any other fortitude save.

Masturbation

Masturbation can be performed once a day to gain 1 PP and will stop the loss of PP each day if performed.

More information, such as traits, feats, special abilities, spells and monsters that use PP is still to come.

What do you think?

PP can be used to grant a one off +1 pleasure bonus to an attack roll, save, skill or damage roll.

So if you masturbate twice in two days, you can potentially strike harder? That's the first houserule I hear taking advantage of that kind of muscle development ;D!

More seriously, before I comment further, I'd like to know why you wanted to introduce such a houserule, and what purpose it's meant to serve in the game.
