Time Magic Personality:
Ari has always been very mature for her age. She has a no-nonsense attitude towards her studies. She may come off as shy at first, but it's due to the fact that she 'studies' people she meets to gauge their personality before she attempts to interact. Backstory:
When Ari was thirteen, a dangerous criminal began to cause trouble in her remote northern hometown. In the weeks that followed his occupation, he began to demand protection money from local store owners. Ari's parents, mere shopkeepers, refused. The crime boss decided they were to be made an example of and they were killed right before Ari's eyes. Ari rallied the townspeople and together they made a plea to the Garden to send a security detail. The day of their arrival, Ari watched with awe from her perch in the clock tower as the SeeDs efficiently took down the Crime Lord's regime in a single sunny Sunday afternoon. She had been unsure where her life would lead until that point, but on that day, she decided to enroll in the Garden. As Balamb was quite far and she had little means to get there, she enrolled at Trabia to see where it would take her.
Once enrolled she proved a quick study in the field of Time Magic. It's no wonder she tended to make other students nervous, given Time Magic's bad past reputation. It wasn't long before she surpassed many of Trabia's instructors in the subject - she was thus recommended to Advanced Time Magic Studies at Balamb Garden, a high level course of study to which only the most mature students were admitted.
She had grown past the limit of her Trabia Garden. It was finally time to transfer to Balamb Garden.
A small silver clockwork butterfly flies through Ari's Chakram, growing until it is larger than an average person. It hovers on the field of battle, it's clockwork parts ticking furiously.

Celestial Stasis: A hazy clock face shimmers into existence across the battlefield, hands shuddering as they begin to slow, eventually stopping dead. For a moment, the second hand wavers as if it may turn and go backwards, but the force of its struggle shatters the ethereal clock into a shower of sparks and cogs. Inflicts stop on all enemies. Has the unfortunate side affect of occasionally hitting a team mate as well.
