Batman and the Justice League (LF heroine/villainess)
« on: June 02, 2012, 04:24:31 AM »

The Justice League has finally united! But the world's greatest heroes are dramatically different from each other.
One member especially stands out. He's the Batman. He has no superpowers whatsoever. No flight, no superstrength, laser eyes, magic or cybernetics. He's just a man...

He's also the world's greatest Detective, an uncanny tactician and the western equivalent of a pumped up Ninja that never kills...

His methods and views are dark and grim, his modus operandi prefers solo play and his pragmatism and distrust bordering on paranoia means the others have it difficult understanding just what makes him tick. Heroes trust heroes. Heroes are supposed to live up to high ideals. They all are shining paragons gifted with the powers of the gods it seems. Except 'him'.

An operation gone wrong pitting the League against Alien Invaders causes a rift to take shape between the members and their grim lone wolf.
Things take a turn for the worse and the team is shattered and broken.

Meanwhile the Batman seems to have turned his back entirely on them, stubbornly pursueing one of his cunning plans. But might the greatest planner this time be outfoxed through his own obsession with doing things 'his way'? Or is there more going on? What does Batman know and motivates him to break away from them?

This is the moment for someone to reach out to him and try to pull him back into the team. With Superman missing coordination is vital, a plan must be made... a new morally acceptable one. But who could possibly waylay the Dark Knight?

Naturally things turn out for the worse when Superman seems to return... and begins hunting down the League members...
What is really going on in the invasion's aftermath?
