Two Potential Monster Bios - For Your Consideration
Please let me know if either appeal to you, and if you have any questions or concerns please let me know and I'll be happy to alter. There is also a third monster I can describe upon request who is, essentially, a combination of the two below.
Name: Halna
Gender: Masculine
Appearance: Black anthro-serpent. Standing far taller than his prey, a wide tail curves and rising into a vaguely human upper torso, but longer, well built and wide but with the muscles following the long curves of a female figure. From above the torso the long neck reaches down to the wide, diamond serpent's head, tilted so that his one good eye can better see. A main of braided hair pulses red light from the crown of the head, down the back and all the way down the long, curling tail. As the pulses flow over the silky black skin and lithe muscles, they illuminate the many, many lines of scars too deep for his skin to shed - the lines of blades, the diamonds of stab marks, the circular punctures of fangs and the parallel slashes of claws, all littering his tail, arms and wide torso. Yet all these old wounds have done nothing to damper the stare of that one good eye, as the expanse of orange blinks sidewise, the slitted pupil focusses, and the line of the jaw splits into a long, jagged white smile.
Bio: Like most demons, Halna feeds off negative emotions. But his own favourite flavours are fear, and helplessness. Fear that the shadows are watching you, that something you cannot see is closing in on you, chasing you, hunting you, breathing down the nape of your neck. And the helpless knowledge that, sooner or later, it is going to find you, catch you, use you, break you - and that there is nothing you can do to stop it.
That is this demon's
second favourite meal. And his favourite - that comes later.
Extended:The demon realm borders many worlds unlike our own. One such world, whose name requires a far wider mouth and more teeth to pronounce properly, is the world where Halna died.
When one is cast into Hell, most sane minds simply break under the weight of horrors engulfing them. But a very rare few react differently. They react by learning, by understand what's around them, and becoming worse. Halna was one such as this. He has spent his unlife constantly striving to understand the inhabitants of the demonic planes, to learn what makes them fierce and frightening, and how to frighten them in return. Fear has become his power, and the machinations and manipulations of fear, his utter obsession. And one of the greatest tricks he ever learned is the power of not being seen.
Halna's chief ability comes in the form of portals. An ability he observed from night haunts, and then adapted himself, initially for defence - to disappear and reappear elsewhere via a plume of black smoke - an ability he quickly re-adapted to offence. Being able to disappear from his demonic pursuer at will, and reappear somewhere else, anywhere else - in the shadows nearby, above, right behind them, an unseen whisper promising their end - that has become one of his favourite methods of exciting fear. Over time he has taken the ability further, learning how to create openings in the world around him - vortexes that pull someone off their feat, rifts that suck the skin off a creature, or just holes through which to summon lesser creatures he has already broken to his will. His favorite are those creatures he sees as his kin, and who he has dedicated much time to learning how to control with a direct accuracy. Specifically - serpents.
Now, with the rise of Hell on earth, Halna also rises, a plume of black smoke falling of his oily shoulders, as he raises his diamond head to the strange, solitary sun, and smells the absence of sulphur in the clear, spring-time air. And having spent an eternity finding all the ways to make demons cower with fear, he smiles his long white smile at the sight of so many small, fragile mortals for him to play with. It's going to be a busy apocalypse.
Name: Lilith, The
Gender: Feminine
Appearance: Her favourite form of late is that of a young woman, with waves of orange hair and pale, supple skin. Her face looks young and very beautiful, a smattering of freckles across her cheeks and small nose making her look nothing but playful and innocent. But the illusion is shattered by her eyes, green and sparkling with a dangerous hunger. And by the lips, smiling with the same danger as those eyes.
Bio: Lilith, as the original succubus, was the first to discover a new way to feed on a human's lifeforce - a much more pleasurable way. Lilith enjoys the pleasure of her partner's climax, and is very practised at achieving this. Perhaps not the worst way to go. Though given that she enjoys pushing her victim to new heights of pleasure, letting her feel their climax stronger each time - and that her appetite can never be filled - given that, the question becomes: how long can you survive her embrace?
Extended:Adam's first wife, created at the same time as him, as his equal, cast out by him in favour of the more subservient, unthinking Eve. The original serpent, and since then the original succubus.
Needless to say, she harbours a... special place in her heart for the sons of Adam. But she retains an even more reserved place for the daughters of Eve. It has long since become her joy to play with the hearts, minds and bodies of her weak willed usurpers. As a succubus she feeds off a human's life force, as contained in sexual climax and fluid. Once fed, she gains access to more of her powers. What we would call telekinesis, telepathy and astral-projection are her favourite three, often accompanied by visions of coiling black tentacles. Three abilities she has become more than experienced with using to extract yet more life-force from her victim in new and ever varied, ever building ways. And all this comes with the added benefit of letting her see just how much the sons and daughters of humanity can take, before their bodies, minds and souls break completely. All while she innocently smiles, and continues to watch the show.
