I am seeking a lightly-rules-based arena game. The setting is negotiable, with fantasy being preferable, but I’d also be interested in a fighting game styled setting.
Regardless of where or when the game takes place, the theme is essentially the same: a female competitor has joined (voluntarily or not) a gladiatorial battle against non-human creatures. One thing that I want to include is that she has the opportunity to choose her enemy. The more difficult the enemy that she chooses, the more promising the reward if she is victorious. Bonus points if you are willing to create more than one character.
Each player will make a simple die roll for ourself and our opponent at the beginning of our turn and write out the scene accordingly. The highest roll scores some sort of hit against the lower roll. In the case of a tie, the attack is simply blocked or avoided.
I imagine that each victorious roll would involve destroying an item or a piece of armor. Assuming that the heroine is defeated, after all of her armor and weapons are destroyed, each successful roll would involve some sort of sexual attack. We can work out more details together.
The basic enemy that she chooses will be on an even playing field with her, but more difficult enemies get bonuses to their die roll.
I’m very much open to other ideas, so PM me if you are interested. I will go over your O/Os and see if we are compatible for this game. Extreme elements are a possibility, but not a necessity. NC scenes, however, are a necessity and I have strong preference for playing non-human opponents. Fair warning: I will be hosting guests April 1st-3rd and I will be far from civilization—I won’t have access to indoor plumbing, much less a computer—on the 9th-16th.
