The biggest issue I have is making sure the group is well put together.  It's very plausable that people could have previous military experience.

As for character gen.. when I get the game topi c created, I'll give specific instructions on how we'll proceed.  :)

Alright, my immediate thoughts on a character would be either:

1. A break and enter specialist;
2. A demolitions expert;
3. A smooth negotiator; or
4. Any combination of the above.

Okay.. game is created.. Exotic System:Top Secret.  I have put some rudementary background on the agents and character gen.  Of course we will fine tune this as we get volinteers.  I will also start working on the first mission briefing notes and aids.  (wee.. photoshop :) )
