Does anyone know the size measurements or have any links about how to resize a picture for an avatar? I remember there was something on the site some years ago but I don't remember where it was.

Here is the avatar/signature combo tutorial.  It should answer all your questions. :)  Avatar measurements are 150 x 200 pixels.
