I want to make an Elliquey account, sorry if that is not spelled right, but I have only access at the library at the moment (my brother got a virus on my laptop) and I was wondering if creating an account at the library was a bad idea. I read the rule about one IP adress per member and I asked the librarian if they use the same IP address for each computer and she said they do. Should I just wait to post my Introduction when my laptop gets repaired or is it safe to do it here at the library?

It might slow the approval down for a day or maybe two but normally it shouldn't be something you should worry about.
