When Evil Collides [Mafia-Style, Interest?]

So I've been thinking about which game I'd like to try running next and the idea came to me to work something out where there are several teams of "bad-guys" who will each be given their own special abilities. Depending on how many players we get, I'd like to see some teams including; The Mafia/Mobsters, Cthulhu, Werewolves or Vampires, Spetsnaz, etc. Ultimately Teams of 2-4 would probably do best, but I'd like to see how many people we can get interested before I make a final call. I'll take up to 30 people, if there's interest for that many.
This game will likely start after the Swinger's Resort finishes so there is plenty of time to recruit your friends and fill up the slots for a truly epic battle.
