Another coding question :D
« on: February 15, 2012, 10:05:02 AM »
One day I'll learn...this stuff...I have all the dummies books on coding and this script and that one...but they bore me to DEATH and once I read it I forget it *dies* Anyway...

So I'm a nosey so and so and I read the Off and On's board a lot and I've seen that some people link to their current games so people can have writing style examples ect AND they doo it so the name of the RP shows rather than the entire link! Full of clever people these boards. How do I do that? so it just says like

The Girl Who Spoke Too Much  <---that and click to get to the rp instead of

http://elliquiy.com/forums/index.php?topic=1317575675<---that (yes..iit's a made up number lol)

Enclose the text in [ url=http://www.example.com/ ] & [ /url ]. Just leave out the spaces. So [ url=http://elliquiy.com/forums/index.php?topic=1317575675 ]The Girl Who Spoke Too Much[ /url ] becomes The Girl Who Spoke Too Much
