The whole movie is gold, even the second one has many great lines. But this is probably my favorite two minutes of the movie. And like the rest of it: The Bill Murray lines are priceless ("That 'oughta do it! Thanks very much, Ray!").

"Malone: You wanna know how to get Capone? They pull a knife, you pull a gun. He sends one of yours to the hospital, you send one of his to the morgue. *That's* the *Chicago* way! And that's how you get Capone. Now do you want to do that? Are you ready to do that? I'm offering you a deal. Do you want this deal?"

Police chief von Welk: [speaking on the phone to the lone supervillain in his big hideout:] Mabuse, surrender! We have ringed the house!

Dr. Mabuse: I feel like a state within the State. Come and get me!

Police chief von Welk: We shall be using strong means; resistance is useless!

-from Dr.Mabuse, the Gambler by Fritz Lang (silent film). I personally submitted this one to IMDB; even if the lines are shown on title cards they are simply hilarious.

I have quite a few quotes.

Tangled
Rapunzel: We made it.
Flynn Rider: Her hair glows!
Rapunzel: We're alive. We're alive!
Flynn Rider: I didn't see that coming.
Rapunzel: Eugene.
Flynn Rider: The hair actually glows.
Rapunzel: Eugene.
Flynn Rider: Why does her hair glow!
Rapunzel: Eugene!
Flynn Rider: [almost in hysteria] What?
Rapunzel: It doesn't *just* glow.
Flynn Rider: [Pascal smiles at him smugly] Why is he smiling at me?

Frozen
Anna: But Hans is not a stranger.
Kristoff: Oh yeah? What's his last name?
Anna: Of the Southern aisles.
Kristoff: What's his favourite food?
Anna: Sandwiches.
Kristoff: Best friends name?
Anna: Probably John.
Kristoff: Eye colour?
Anna: Dreamy.
Kristoff: Foot size?
Anna: Foot size doesn't matter.
Kristoff: Have you had a meal with him yet? What if you hate the way he eats? What if you hate the way he picks his nose?
Anna: Picks his nose?
Kristoff: And eats it.
Anna: Excuse me sir, he is a prince.
Kristoff: All men do it.
Anna: Eww.

The Breakfast Club
John Bender: What's in there?
Claire Standish: Guess? Where's your lunch?
John Bender: You're wearing it.
Claire Standish: You're nauseating.
John Bender: [pointing to Claire's lunch] What's that?
Claire Standish: Sushi.
John Bender: Sushi?
Claire Standish: Rice, raw fish, and seaweed.
John Bender: You won't accept a guy's tongue in your mouth, and you're going to eat that?
Claire Standish: Can I eat?
John Bender: I don't know. Give it a try.

Gone With the Wind
Rhett Butler:Frankly m'dear, I don't give a damn.

-or-

Rhett Butler: No, I don't think I will kiss you, although you need kissing, badly. That's what's wrong with you. You should be kissed and often, and by someone who knows how.

-or-

Rhett Butler: You're like the thief who isn't the least bit sorry he stole, but is terribly, terribly sorry he's going to jail.

Casablanca
Rick: How can you close me up? On what grounds?
Captain Renault: I'm shocked, shocked to find that gambling is going on in here!
[a croupier hands Renault a pile of money]
Croupier: Your winnings, sir.
Captain Renault: [sotto voce] Oh, thank you very much.
[aloud]
Captain Renault: Everybody out at once!

"There's a lorry on fire, a man going up and down the lift, and we can't stop the dancing chicken!"

-final line of Stroszek, spoken into the phone by a bewildered cop. All three round-and-round actions were set up by the titular antihero of the film, who has locked the vehicle into riding in a circle and set it alight, put the mechanical bird to dance nonstop powered by the clockwork screw in its back...and himself he's gone off to the empty ski lift "going up and down". Brilliant!  :D

I couldn't pick just one. I like both of these. Funny... also like when the cut throat motion with finger across throat but I digress. Okay here are two that I like since I can't quote the whole movie.

Rocket Raccoon
:  [about Drax] Metaphors go over his head.
Drax the Destroyer:   NOTHING goes over my head!... My reflexes are too fast, I would catch it.

Drax the Destroyer:   I like your knife, I'm keeping it.
Moloka Dar:   That was my favorite knife.

I am nothing special, of this I am sure. I am a common man with common thoughts and I've led a common life. There are no monuments dedicated to me and my name will soon be forgotten, but I've loved another with all my heart and soul, and to me, this has always been enough..

I am the Law. - Dredd (2012)

Stallone's accent really didn't help pronouncing the line in the original nor did the constant screaming of it throughout the entire film. The reboot however it was more personal and you could feel the anger in his voice as he muttered the line that and...

"And as for you Ma-Ma....Judgement time."

I wish we could get Karl Urban for Batman
