With DM's permission I would like to just fore go the bite attack and transform thing and just have the ears and tail. I'm not worried about those two powers and I like a humanoid look a la cat-girl over the full body fur thing(no offense to any furries in the area).

Also are you ok with that Corsair class or is that a no go since it's a third party one?

One of ya needs to be the captain. Unless you want the bunnygirl with eye lasers to do it.

Yeah, that looks fine. I like kitsunes anyway. I think they're foxy.

I can't WAIT to see what the players companion puts in the the 'racial' feats.

Lets see Leadership for my character would be easy to add with a 22 Charisma she is likely to get a bunch of men and women to follow her enough to run the ship, not sure about captain would shipmaster be a profession skill? If so I'm good to go on that and will take the leadership roll if you want.

In any case I'm thinking it might be fun and suitable any idea what you want to do for a living though I won't pirate but I was thinking a entertainment ship to land where there are military forces as a neutral party to provide gaming, whoring, luxury goods and the like. Unless that sounds to crazy? I figure we will need to be ready to defend the ship and could have issues pop up after all there likely are sky pirates.

EDIT

Depends on if you want to be Owner/Captain (with GM's approval) or Captain/Pilot.. (which would be a sailor skill I figure, with know (geography) for navigation)

Well I plan to delegate authority have some followers be commanding, others in other roles of the ship she is not exactly heavily skill focused so was thinking Skyship Merchanting as a profession. The ship would be a pretty much flying recreational guild in structure with people getting shares of profits based on their duties and experience. NPC employees would be the low level workers example prostitutes and the like overseen by her followers.

GM input is welcome in this. Like I said with Leadership she is going to be decent at getting the people she needs but as a sorceror not skilled like a rogue or others in the group but she is socially very formidable good for making deals and negotiating, with another skill or two splashed in could be a good leader sort.

Both the PCs that I submitted have skills in Sailing and the mage is a Combat/Siege Engineer.

Hm... based on what I'm seeing, I'm thinking I'm making a Marine; every ship - sailing ship or airship - needs to have a fighting force for boarding action and to repel boarders, after all ^_^

Can't decide though... Fighter, Gunslinger, Ranger, or Magus...

Any of those work.. my fighter was as 'sword & board' type and my mage like I said was an evoker with siege engineer as a skill/feat. A few ultimate combat spells and you can have a REALLy nasty seige weaponry team.

Of course some of the stuff I've been working on are REALLY fun.

One of the nastier ones was a relic style weapon that casts animate dead on anyone it's ammo kills (not something for use in this game.. but it could make for a nasty surprise to have your dead buddy get up and eat your face)

A ranger or magus is a very flexible type in a ship fight.. ranged wise or melee.

I already have the artillery done already, as I got two 180 foot eye lasers that can burst or single target. That can also be casted over and over and over.

I can also teleport 240 feet per day and levitate and emit a +2 deflection AC with radius of 10 feet.

Since this is going to be airship battles in this for sure, having someway to save yourself in case of falling doom is a good idea.

Ring of Feather Falling : This ring is crafted with a feather pattern all around its edge. It acts exactly like a feather fall spell, activated immediately if the wearer falls more than 5 feet.

I think I'll just house rule that kitsunes can transform between 0% furry, 100% furry, and everything in between. Also more than one tail is fine too.

As for corsair. I see why you want to play it. However, I don't think I can allow that as it is just silly.

That's not gonna help much with getting back onto the airship.

Not much will unless you're a caster.  Then again, with a sorcerer, the warlock, and what I saw as like two other casters, chances are if someone who is not one of those capable of 'saving' themselves that one of the ones who can teleport and/or fly will be able to go and pick them up as they're falling ^_^

I'll offer Eijin Farseeker.  I haven't pictured him in any particular role at the moment, save for being warrior in exile.
Dice rolls generated by E's Dice bot were 17, 17, 13, 14, 15, 14.

Arranged as STR 17 (+1 at level 4), DEX 17 (+1 at level 8), CON 14, INT 14 (+2 racial bonus), CHA 15
Just doing a quick check with the GM to see if the standard horse mount can be replaced with a Roc (Bestiary 236) seeing as how the samurai's mount is considered a druid animal companion, and given that there is likely to be a fair deal of 'air' time! (also being a Ronin, he's anything but a standard samurai!)

Characters coming along she is not a juggernaught in a fight, but well has it where she needs it but her bloodline means enchantment spells are favored. Looking for her human form right now and have to finish her up work out the leadership things with the GM.

Since a corsair is out I'm gonna do a rogue/swashbuckler, got most of it fleshed out but had to pull an all nighter at work so  I will have it finished after I wake up in a few hours. Need a power nap after being up like 30 hours straight >>

And I am picking a Magus for my class.

Oh and what kind of starting funds do we have? Like the standard income of a level 8 character or due to being evil are we broke?
