"Are American's really that stupid that they can't see that money is going to a fictional character? Wow... Shame on us." She scoffed, though she fell completely silent at the mention of Morrison's sister. The same girl whom she had thought to be her sister. Her eyes dropped to the floor as she waited for Tyler to share the information.

"Most of their supplies are being held in one location," he said, a map appearing on the projector behind him."80 acre farm in the middle of nowhere which looks harmless so no-one would bother looking there. Under it however is a huge military base. It was designed to be used by the US government in case of a nuclear war but it appears Rajkovic and buddies have acquired it for themselves. If we could get in there and take the base out we could leave them open for a killing blow."

"And how do you propose we go about this. Breaking into a military base is hard enough, but when you take into account who is in control of the base? That makes taking them out kind of difficult don't you think? And I'm not talking just a little bit difficult. I'm talking next to impossible. I mean unless you have someone who can fit through the vents and distract people from the inside while those on the outside get set up for a well thought out plan, we are sort of back a step."

"That's where Tam's team comes in useful," Tyler replied. "His guys are very good at getting into places full military units would struggle to. In Sam O'Leary," he said, pointing to Fizz's brother, "they have one of the best demolition experts in the world. Our plan is simple, use our commando units to get in subtly before opening the door for the less subtle elements of our force."

"I don't know what I was expecting, but honestly I didn't think you would just waltz up and knock the door down." Sky shrugged. "When do we move in?"

"As soon as we're ready," Tam replied before Tyler could say anything. "I don't fancy waiting around to find out what Firebrand's ultimate plan is. We need to be sure everyone is equipped and ready for every eventuality though, I'd take a bet it won't be as simple as we think it will be."

"Even in chess what you may think is a check mate can really just be a set up to take you out in one spectacular move. So what are we sitting around for? Shouldn't we be getting ourselves ready for this?"

"We'll seperate into three teams," Tom said. "Tam will take the Marines, SAS and Raven Squad who will be our subtle teams. I'll take my commando units through the tunnels we found under the safe house, they lead into the base too. Morrison, you'll lead our sledgehammer, with our secret agents and a few of our bigger military forces."

"Ooh, fun. Once a Captain always huh?" She smiled at Morrison, trying to look excited about the mission but she shot a look over to Tom that seemed to scream 'help me'. The truth was that she didn't feel as if she belonged with any of the groups. She didn't feel as if the skills she did posess were going to be any use for the task at hand.

"Hey, you've got the fun group," he replied with a laugh. "Me, Petra, Fizz, Izzy and Tyler will be going with you. Just stick by me and we'll be fine." He gripped her hand tightly trying to hide that he was worried too, although he fancied his chances more being among the sledgehammer forces.

Skylar smiled in return, pushing him away playfully. "Don't get caught up on me. You have a group to run. I can take care of myself." She said, spinning on her heels. "Now if you will excuse me Captain, I have to go get ready."

He pulled her into a kiss, holding it for a moment before pulling away again. "Don't be long, not sure how much preparation these guys need to be honest."

Sky laughed, calling over her shoulder on her way out. "I'm a chick. We know how to change fast." She flicked her wrist dismissively before making her way back to her room. She pulled out the bag she had with her when the helicopters blew and pulled out an outfit that she knew would be best for her. She slid on the black jeggings, slipping black combat boots over her feet. She then put on the tight black t-shirt and finally the black coat with sleves that hugged her arms and tails that brushed up against her calves. She pulled her hair up into a neat bun, strapping her knife to her hip and holding her gun in her hand. It wasn't standard military uniform, but it served three purposes. First, it allowed her to move faster than standard gear allowed. Second was that the unusuallity of it often distracted her foes. And third.... Well it just looked cool. "Morrison's sister would be proud of this outfit." She smiled before leaving her room and hurry back to join Morrison.

Morrison, Tyler, Tam and Tom were stood over a version of the map shown on the computer screen built into the table. Morrison smiled as she walked over. "We have a plan. Tam's team will deploy first, Tom's will follow next as soon as possible while we wait here with planes and helicopters. Tam will activate a tracker when its time for us to move and then we storm the farm. We've even managed to wrangle ourselves a bit of air support."

"Sounds perfect. So all we have to do is sit back and wait for a signal before moving in? Easy enough, let's do this." Sky said, sliding over beside Morrison. Cracking her knuckles and poping her neck, Sky smiled. "This is going to be a bumpy ride, hope you can handle the heat, Captain." She smirked, challenging him playfully.

"Hey, considering I survived someone blowing my helicopter up earlier I think I can manage a slightly bumpy ride. "You two had better get going," he said to Tam and Tom. "We'll just wait here for the signal to come through. Don't worry, we won't trash the place while you're gone."

"Can't argue with that one." Sky laughed, waving a hand at Tom as they left. "Scouts honor, dear." She called to them with an amused grin pastered to her face. Then turning to the rest of the group she sighed. "Don't worry guys, come mission time I'm sure I will have this laughter undercontrol."

"Well us two are already ready," Morrison said to her. "Why don't we leave the others to do the last checks and go grab a cup of coffee?"

"Feel free to," Petra said. "We're not likely to be doing anything exciting for the next twenty minutes."

"Sounds good to me. I could use a boost before heading out." Sky yawned and stretched out her arms, folding them above and behind her head. "Hey, you know what job would be really cool? Being a Ninja, I mean they get to pull of missions like this all the time." Her words were joking but her tone was nothing but serious. She almost had to stop herself from laughing but she managed to keep it undercontrol before it started.

"I could do with a coffee too," he said as he took her to the cafe, past the base's runway where a swarm of helicopters, jet fighters and transport planes were being prepared. "What kind of coffee do you want?" he asked as they entered the cafe. "I'm good with any coffee to be honest."

"Anything sweet enough to send me bounicing off the walls will do." Sky said with a smile. "I have the oddest addiction to sugar, I don't think I could ever live with out the stuff. And yet it's that crap that is going to catch up with me and make me fat."

"Well we're going to be expending a whole lot of energy on storming that base," he said with a laugh. "So I wouldn't worry about getting too fat. Besides, you look perfect as you are..." he said, turning bright red suddenly, glad to see Tal sat at a table with a cup of coffee.

"Hey, feel free to join me," Tal said with a smile. "Unless you two want some privacy that is."

Skylar rolled her eyes at Tal. "Thanks Tal. I would kick you out just for that alone, but I don't feel like it so we shall be joining you." She sauntered over to the coffee, getting her coffee and adding tons of sugar to the liquid. She sipped it then shivered, a smile spreading across her lips. "So sweet." She sighed.

"Hey, he's trying to be cute," Morrison said with a laugh as he grabbed his own coffee and walked over to the table. "I'm guessing you're sidelined for this?" he asked Tal as he sat down, seeing his arm was still in a sling.

"Not sure I'd be much use in this state," Tal replied. "I'd need you guys to be protecting me and you've got enough to worry about as it is."

Skylar took a seat next to Morrison, sipping her coffee again. "Hope you feel better soon. It sucks being all beaten up and battered, though I can't really speak from experience. That has yet to happen to me. Strange don't you think? Oh well."
