He had finally found the perfect place to live, and while other things in his life needed working out, Bryce finally felt like things were really starting for him.  Fresh out of college, he decided to leave Colorado and move to Southern California, hoping that he'd find a job with his shiny new diploma, and a much needed fresh start.  So when he was shown the little Spanish style home at 3351 Felton Street, in San Diego's trendy North Park area, he was convinced that this was the place for him to be.  Moving in was simple, finding a job was a bit harder than he thought it would be, but the biggest obstacle to finally finding happiness came in the form of his annoying next door neighbor.  The man was just too much, too noisy, too intimidating, and worst of all, too hot.  But dealing with the next door neighbors barking dog, and charming face, was nothing compared to dealing with his own irrational fear of starting all his old bad habits.  He would definitely not get into inappropriate affairs with complete strangers, and he would, under no circumstances get attached too quickly.  He just has to stay away from the man, but that's easier said than done.

Extra's:  It's not mandatory, but you get brownie points if you've read the Do Over Saga, which inspired this plot bunny.

He had a lifetime of regrets, of disappointments, and thrown away ambitions.  So it wasn't such a big surprise that he ended up strapped to an odd machine, his body undergoing an experimental test in exchange for money.  He was told that he would be sent back, as an observer, for 15 minutes, and than come back to report the success or failure of the test.  What he wasn't counting on was being more than an observer, and when that 15 minutes passes by, he finds himself in the past, with a whole lifetime of mistakes to make up for and a clean slate to start over with.  And a chance encounter with the school bully, makes for an interesting do over.
