Cape Providence


ďGood evening prisoners. My name is Doctor Kaine. Welcome to Cape Providence, an island off the coast of the United States thatís home to a rather unique prison for the criminally insane. Although the circumstances are different you are all here for one very simple reason; you have been deemed far too dangerous to be allowed to remain within any civilised society and have been sentenced to life imprisonment at Cape Providence.

Society doesnít want you, the courts have condemned you and, if your thoughts have turned to seeking a government pardon for your crimes, I can assure you that as far as the State is concerned you all no longer exist. But I promise you it does not have to end here! Here at Cape Providence you will find no iron bars or cold stone cells, nor will your lives be subjected to the regimented schedules and excessive regulations common at other penitentiaries. As a matter of fact when your boat arrives at the island youíre completely free to go, once you are all processed and released by our guards, that is.

Here at Cape Providence you have the opportunity to make a new life for yourself, away from the society that has forsaken you. There are few rules or laws here, save for those you make amongst yourself. You are free to make your own decisions. You can work together to make a safe society or you can hack and slash each other to your heartís content if you are so inclined. Just remember these three rules Ė Do not try to escape; you will fail. Do not cause trouble in any designated Safe Zones; you will be punished. And most importantly if I request an interview with you you are to turn yourself in to the nearest guard immediately. Failure to comply will result in your tracking chip being activated and guards apprehending you with extreme force.

Welcome to the island.Ē

Hello ladies and gentlemen. My name is Marissa and Iíll be your Game Master this evening. As you saw above, Cape Providence is a prison for the worst of the worst; psychotic murderers, serial killers, rapists and kidnappers who have been judged criminally insane and beyond any hope of rehabilitation all call the island home. Originally proposed after a mass breakout from a psychiatric prison led to a string of brutal murders across America, Cape Providence has since been used as something of a dumping ground for the worst criminal offenders; itís isolated, itís secure, itís cheap due to the fewer staff and supply requirements, and it allows for a team of leading psychologists like the good doctor to learn what causes people go insane enough to kill. 

This roleplay will be based on the island of Cape Providence, where people will play as prisoners struggling to survive in a world where everyone seems out to kill them. Now you may be asking yourself why I would put you poor people in such a hostile environment? Well some have said itís because Iím a ďcompletely psychotic, sadomasochistic bitch with some major issuesĒ. However that particular quote comes from my ex and what the hell do they know, amirite? *Eye twitch*

I take it from your nervous expressions that you want me to go on! Anyways, over the years Cape Providence has become home to more than your run-of-the-mill axe murdering hitchhiker. Some of the people inside the facility are even quite friendly when they know you donít want to kill them. The Cape Providence facility has been so successful that lately any old criminal is being dumped, regardless of their mental condition, as long as they have a prison sentence that will likely last the rest of their life. Like that guy over there; he only stole a car (Too bad it was the mayorís). Those people over there are P.O.W.ís in the War on Drugs. Or that lady! No, not her! The one throwing cats off the roof of the church! She used to be one of the friendly, helpful medical volunteers who treat people in the Safe Zones!

This roleplay is a freeform and will be very relaxed (Well, as relaxed as being on an island of mass murderers can be) with no real central plot. People can try to escape the island and make it back to the lives they left behind, make a new life for themselves on the lawless streets of Providence, join or start a criminal gang, find work as a freelance specialist of some kind or even try and infiltrate Fort Providence and see what Dr. Kaine is really up to. Or you can just murder one another, wallpaper your new house with human flesh or throw faeces at people from a rooftop depending on the type of mental condition that got you landed here in the first place. Below I have some information on some of the more popular locations across the island as well as a character sheet for anyone interested to fill out. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Surprisingly I donít bite.

Cape Providence

Originally settled upon the colonisation of the Americas, Cape Providence is overseen by a monstrous fort that remains intact to this day. For a while the island was home to a small fishing village until the 1980ís when Terrant Corporation purchased the entire island and turned the island into a tourist hub. Slowly urbanisation began to kick in to satiate the needs of tourists, although when that industry dried up the resultant city was converted into a network of secretive research and development facilities with industrial sprawls soon covering the entire island, save for around the edges. When Terrant went bankrupt the island was abandoned and eventually purchased by the government who designated the entire area a penal colony. Convicts were simply dumped into the city which was soon claimed by rival gangs, while a full naval blockade and a small military garrison were established to make sure they kept their depravity on the island alone.


Fort Providence: Formerly an old fortress constructed as a watch post for pirate and privateer fleets, Fort Providence was abandoned not long after the American Civil War. When Cape Providence was turned into a prison island the old fort was refurbished; itís splintering wooden doors replaced with coded-access doors of heavy steel, while its old black powder cannons were replaced with heavy duty machine gun turrets capable of mowing down a small army of convicts. Home to Dr. Kaineís research facility, the military barracks, the communications centre and many other vital systems, Fort Providence is the safest of safe zones and is completely off limits to all convicts, unless specifically summoned by the Doctor himself.


The Docks: Situated on the waterfront at the only point of the island accessible by sea (the rest of the island is blockaded by mountains, leaving the docks the only entry-exit point), the Docks straddle the Industrial District and are covered in warehouses, cranes and jetties. The main dock and the surrounding area is designated a Safe Zone, were prisoners are dropped off by boat and processed before being released onto the island. However apart from a narrow strip of safe territory leading towards the neutral Grand Plaza the rest of the Docks is open territory, home to gangs and the odd serial killer using an abandoned warehouse as a safe haven. Most gangs operating at the Docks tend to focus on smuggling, allegedly bribing the ship captains to bring in contraband goods for sale on the black market.


Industrial District: A sprawling sea of factories straddling the docks, the Industrial District was built after the Terrant Corporation converted the island into a manufacturing hub. With factories manufacturing everything from industrial chemicals and medicine to automobiles and heavy machinery, rumours even suggest that the company accepted military contracts for weapon research and development. When the company went bankrupt the factories were cleared out, although much of the heavy machinery and raw materials were left behind. When the Cape was converted into a penal colony a number of gangs seized the Industrial District, converting the production facilities to produce crude weapons and drugs. A booming drug trade dominates the district, supplied by hidden labs scattered across many foundries, with demand for mind numbing drugs high amongst the mentally ill patients.


Grand Plaza: Situated in the heart of the city, the Grand Plaza is a wide open space dominated by merchant stalls and a few scattered trees. Originally a merchant hub when the island was a tourist destination, much of the plaza was built over to make room for more housing when the island was converted into a manufacturing centre. However a small plaza still remains and has now been occupied by a small black market, where everything from drugs and weapons to live humans are sold. The Plaza is the only area on the island that is safe despite not being a designated Safe Zone, with all gangs agreeing that the important market remains a neutral zone.


Residential District: The derelict remains of what was once a thriving township, the Residential District is dotted with small but elegant hotels from the Capeís tourist days as well as a few more simple buildings constructed to house company employees when Terrant Corporation took over. When the island was abandoned the area fell into decay, with a thick layer of grime from the nearby Industrial District leaving the streets foul and dingy. After prisoners overran the island the Residential District became one of the most dangerous areas. Possessing little strategic value save for an abundance of shelters, the Residential District was initially ignored by gangs as they seized more important areas while more independent minded serial killers and other criminals moved in and claimed a few scattered hideaways. Recently gangs have moved into the area, if only to deprive their enemies access to hideouts, although no one has managed to gain the upper hand; a problem compounded by the districtís other inhabitants violently resisting any incursions.


The Sewers: A labyrinth of tunnels beneath the city surface, the sewer is avoided by even the hardest of killers and not just for the smell. Deeming certain patients to be too dangerous even amongst the hardened killers of the island, Dr. Kaine forced many prisoners into the sewer entryways and had many entrances sealed to ensure they could never escape. The sewers echo with the howls of raving maniacs and the screams of the dying, with only the raving mad that will attack people on sight banished into the abyss. Despite sealing off any manholes a few have inadvertently been opened by those looking for a hiding place, only to end up disappearing for good. Only the desperate dare seek refuge in the sewer.


Safe Zones: Although most of the island has been abandoned to criminal anarchy a few areas have been designated as protected areas under the guard of the prison military. Actively patrolled by heavily armed guards and with snipers on every rooftop, the Safe Zones are all strategically located and of some importance to the facility. Some contain medical centres for the wounded and food distribution centres for the hungry, while others are simply protected because they hold some kind of strategic importance like the main dock and a few express highways to important areas. Any kind of violence is banned in the Safe Zones, with guards either stunning aggressors and dumping them alone and vulnerable outside the Safe Zone or, if necessary, shooting to kill.


Heavenís Beacon: An old lighthouse constructed by missionaries (hence the name), Heavenís Beacon is one of the oldest structures on the island and is located at the opposite end from the docks. The lighthouse sits at the only part of the island apart from the docks where the view of the ocean isnít blocked by mountains, although it sits atop a massive cliff face well above sea level. Separated from the city by the large remaining stretch of forest, Heavenís Beacon is home to a small and safe colony of the more rational prisoners who banded together for safety and protection. Heavenís Beacon is all but ignored by all organised gangs and is a relatively safe place, provided one makes it through the forest to get there.

NOTE: I was going to design the gangs as well but I decided to leave that vague and open ended to give people the most flexibility possible in designing their characters. However the vague archetypes I included should help to serve as a guide if you want your character to already be part of a gang.

Psychiatric Record: A federal court order has banned me from removing peopleís sweet, juicy head meat to examine it closely so could you all kindly inform me what makes your characters so loopy? (If necessary)
Criminal Record: Whatís a nice psycho like you doing in a place like this?
Time Served: Were you already in Cape Providence or are you fresh meat?
Skills: Do you have any talents that might persuade a gang boss not to use your skull as a drinking cup? E.g. lockpicking, sharpshooting, medic, making nice jewellery out of human finger bones.

Ons: Hey baby, why donít we just skip this character sheet, psychoanalysis mumbo jumbo and see what really makes you tick?
Offs: On a more serious note, despite the obviously darker tone of this roleplay everyoneís offs are to be respected. NC and other darker, grittier things can only occur with the writerís express consent. Ignoring this rule will result in the strictest of punishments! HmmÖ. Perhaps Iíll send your character to some kind of anarchic prison island run by the inmates.

Nope, this is all modern, albeit with a more dark and gritty setting, although I do love myself some steampunk ;D

Alice Harcourt


Age: 19 years old
Sex: Female
Orientation: Bisexual with a preference for women

Physical Description: Very short and incredibly thin, Alice seems out of place at Cape Providence. With flowing golden locks, normally tied up with ribbon or a bow, and pale porcelain skin Alice seems the very picture of innocence. Her eyes are a deep, vibrant shade of blue that carry a faraway look, causing her expression to always seem lost and uncertain, making many see her as an easy target.

Personality: Alice is quiet and withdrawn, rarely ever interacting with anyone unless she needs to. Usually content to drift off into a fantasy world, she dislikes being around others for a protracted period of time and seems to grow uncomfortable when getting to know people. However her quiet, reserved nature belies a keen mind; aware of the danger around her she is always alert despite all appearances to the contrary and her mind is constantly analysing everything she comes across. Prone to mood swings, she grows quite irritable in the company of others and when confronted she rapidly transitions from calm and quiet to savage and dangerous in a matter of seconds.

Biography: Much of Aliceís earlier life is shrouded in mystery, with the story changing drastically depending on Aliceís mental state at the time of her telling it. Most psychiatrists believe that the truth lies buried beneath layers of psychosis. However her accent seems to indicate that she was born in England and the fact that she has one shows that she most likely came over to America at the age of eight at the earliest.

An orphan with no known records, Alice wandered the streets of New York until being found and taken into foster care. Despite all attempts to find out about her past Alice never spoke of her life before being found in New York, although psychiatrists would later come to believe that some form of trauma occurred in these early years. Sent to a private school, it was soon discovered that Alice possessed an almost eidetic memory, the pressure of which may have led to her future breakdown, as well as a near genius level intellect.

However quirks soon began to manifest themselves, with Alice displaying obsessive compulsive tendencies, difficulty interacting with others and a complete fear of being touched physically. Her condition became worse after making friends with another girl who she soon fell in love with; the private school denounced homosexual relationships due to its strong religious beliefs and as a result Alice became obsessed with fantasies of a forbidden romance. The incident resulted in Alice stalking and eventually assaulting the girl when she discovered her ďhaving an affairĒ with her new boyfriend. This ultimately led to her being declared mentally ill and sentenced to a psychiatric treatment facility.

Observed by numerous psychiatrists over the course of three years, Alice fell deeper into a fantasy realm to cope with being locked away and eventually found a new love interest. Having an affair with a fellow patient behind the backs of the asylum staff, Alice was eventually taken on by a new psychiatrist who tried to encourage her live out her fantasy as a means of discovering what was causing it. When this led to the discovery of her affair and the psychiatrist trying to separate them Aliceís mind finally snapped and she stabbed him to death with a piece of broken glass before accidentally killing her lover in her psychotic break as well. She was subsequently arrested, tried and sentenced to the new facility at Cape Providence.

Despite only being imprisoned there for one year, Doctor Kaine seems quite interested in her and she has had more interviews at Fort Providence than any other prisoner. Although there has been no public announcement to the effect, it remains something of an unwritten rule that she is to remain unharmed by anyone.

Psychiatric Record: Alice displays a number of severe mental illnesses, making the quiet, demure girl a threat to those around her. Most notably she is severely delusional, living in a fantasy which she mentally reconciles changes in the real world as being a part of. In particular she has no recollection of ever murdering anyone, believes she came to Cape Providence voluntarily and seems to be unable to realise that those on the island are dangerous killers. When these delusions are challenged at a rate too fast for her mind to reconcile them as part of her fantasy she becomes confused, prone to rapid mood swings and, should she be pushed far enough, violent reactions hinting at schizophrenia.

Criminal Record: Alice was declared criminally insane and sentenced to life imprisonment at Cape Providence after the stabbing of her psychologist and the psychiatric patient she was having an affair with during a psychotic episode. Known priors as a juvenile include stalking, breaking and entering and assault.

Time Served: Alice has been incarcerated at Cape Providence for a year.

Skills: Alice seems to have picked up medical skills at some point in her life and can treat most injuries if she has access to the right supplies.

Age: 32
Sex: Male
Orientation: Straight

Physical Description: Many have told Earl that he's "built like a brick shit-house", yet no other reasonable description has even been attempted. He used to be on the heavier side, but long months on Cape Providence have done wonders to slim him down and bring out the definition of his considerable muscle mass. As leader of the "Bloody Skulls", he is known to his subordinates as "Skull-Crusher" and wears a tapestry of tattoos, from both before and during his incarceration. As well as plenty of piercings, made the "Old-Fashioned" way. He has blonde hair and piercing blue eyes, though only his most trusted associates ever see either, as he's always seen with sunglasses and a bandana.

Personality: Earl is a man of few words, but when he speaks, people listen. Known for a strict "Take No Shit" policy, many have seen just how brutal and merciless the infamous Skull-Crusher can be. Few, however, get a chance to see the calculating intellectual that Earl is. His years spent in military service have provided him a wealth of knowledge about military strategy and basic survival. He's cruel with his subordinates and does not tolerate failure or incompetence in any form. He's also known to be polite and inviting to his adversaries, at least until he has them where he wants them. He is not to be trusted.

Biography: As a young man growing up in Alberta Canada, Earl had a more-or-less uneventful childhood. When his parents died, however, he fell in with the wrong crowd and soon became known for criminal enterprises and violence. His troubles with the law began early in life, and he moved to the United States to escape prosecution for several violent crimes.

Under an assumed identity, Earl joined the United States Marines during the first Bush administration and served in Operation Desert Storm. Earl learned a great deal in the Marines and by all accounts was a model soldier. He even earned several medals and commendations from the U.S. Government though none bore his true name.

Like many veterans, Earl returned with a case of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and had difficulty adapting to life outside of the Corps. It was through the V.A. Hospital that he met contacts from a biker gang in Detroit who offered him a new purpose. Using his connections across the border, Earl proved to be a capable and efficient smuggler of drugs, firearms and money.

For the first time since the war Earl felt a sense of belonging among the gang and quickly rose through the ranks. In the end, it was his own ambition and recklessness that led to the downfall of him and his "brothers" when they were all brought up on Rico charges after assaulting a group of students protesting the second war in Iraq. Several were left dead and many wounded, which led to Earl being sent to Cape Providence.

Earl's Marine training helped him immensely in the first few months within the Prison, providing him with the tools and knowledge to provide himself with means for survival. Over time, he was able to do more than just survive, but rather thrive in the inhospitable environment, using his skills to support and control others who he deemed useful. Over time, his small family grew and they became "The Bloody Skulls". Many are old bikers themselves, some former rivals, but all well versed in the running of a criminal organization. The Skulls have grown rapidly, through the manufacture and sale of Chrystal Meth as well as their unique ability to gain access to firearms and ammo. Even the most mundane of abilities gleaned from the 1%er lifestyle, such as stitching and patchwork, prove to the advantage of Earl and the Skulls. As a result, Earl's influence has grown exponentially as well.

Psychiatric Record: Earl suffers from PTSD and is plagued by night terrors. He is extraordinarily paranoid and prone to fits of rage. Due to the night terrors he often goes weeks at a time without sleep and sometimes suffers both auditory and visual hallucinations that he is unable to discern from reality. Though his case history contains no mention of schizophrenia, he's sometimes prone to facial ticks and "Voices" coming from within his head, though it is as yet unknown just how closely these hallucinations relate to his sleep deprivation.

Criminal Record: Once apprehended, Earl was tried under his true name and charged with all manner of crimes from the entirety of his life. Several counts of Murder in the first degree, extortion, trafficking, kidnapping, false imprisonment, racketeering, conspiracy and tax evasion; just to name a few. Needless to say, his wrap sheet is very long.

Time Served: Earl has been an inmate at Cape Providence for almost seven years now.

Skills: Advanced Survival Tactics, Combat Tactics, Marksmanship, Motorcycle Repair, Stitching and Patchwork, Welding and Drug Manufacturing. Also possessing a knack for leading others.

Ons: Control, Humiliation, Domination, Inflicting Pain, Reluctance, Subjugation, Intimidation and Rough-Sex.
Offs: Surrender, Things Beyond his Control, Forceful Women, Feminine Men, Minorities.

Gang Info: Rank is Shown through tattoos and piercings, like badges of honor. The Bloody Skulls are known for their mechanical prowace and ability to acquire contraband, such as guns, drugs and gasoline. Though smaller than many of the gangs on the island, the Skulls are undoubtedly the most disciplined and well-stocked gang.

Yes, I also thought that the Industrial District would be best for them, sorry for not including that, slipped my mind.  ;D I started forming the idea reading your description of that District so yeah.

I'm glad you like it! I really hope this ends up taking off. I came up with the idea while I was away visiting family for Christmas and I was obsessed with the idea until I finally managed to get home and write it up. If you know anyone who might be interested feel free to invite them over ;D

I don't have time as of yet to put together a proper character sheet or post anything substantial, but you know I'm in. I'm planning on putting together a schizophrenic chick with some fun personalities. Happy to see you over here too Dom, thanks for the reminder that I should actually make a post letting everyone know my intention to join instead of silently collecting images and forming stuff in my head haha.

I'll update the intro later to include any gangs that people make so everyone knows what we have, although people are always free to make new ones should they wish.

Yeah, that sounds like a great idea. I'm definitely interested to see what you come up with.

Also if anyone's interested I wouldn't mind some characters coming in on one of the boats as new arrivals to the island. The shipments of "fresh meat" are always given lots of attention by the inmates.

Physical Description:Around 5' 7'' a supple yet will maintained frame, and the legs of a dancer long and shapely. One emerald green eye one deep sea blue.

 She has a few tattoo's one the Song of Solomon 6:3 "I am my loveís and my love is mine, who browses among the lilies." down her spin.

 She has a tattoo on her back it starts with the Celtic cross and moon combo of her and has ivy in tangles that wrap around her hips to the front were a on one side a gremlin sits seeming to claw into the skin. And on the other a lotus blooms and a and a sexy purple haired fairy sits.

Personality:: She is usually cool calm and collected, as if she could let anything run off her back. But she seems to see everything that happens around her, and once you step on one of her nerves she can strike so quickly it makes your head spin. Having you at gun point as she relights a cigaret and calmly explains why your about to be a dead man. Most woman yell when they get pissed, she gets quiet and most know to get out of her way when that happens. As long as you stay on her good side though she is actually fairly easy to get along with. And she is a woman not shy about her passions and protective nature.


Biography:
Jacklyn was born to a crack head mother and a father that happened to be her mothers dealer. He never wanted a kid, and made sure she knew it. Giving her and her mother the bare minimum they needed to live. Her mother did her best, but an addict can only do so much. So Jacklyn grew up taking care of her mother more then her mother taking care of her. Age 4 already making her own food and cleaning of mommy up after a bender. Daddy only coming home for food, sleep and a quick fuck from mommy.

Jacklyn did her best growing up, always reading and trying to learn what she could. She actually loved school, it not only got her out of the house it showed her there could be more to live. And she tried her best, her mother despite her lack of skills encouraged her. Saying she could be more then mommy, and that would make her happy even if she left her behind. And despite the environment and abuse Jacklyn grew up rather strong for such a young age.

That was till her father came home drunk and high of his own products, and her mom being to far gone to even move couldn't fulfill his sexual urges that night. So he came to the then 9 year old girl, and over powered her easily enough. Taking her again and again that night till he was satisfied, leaving her curled up in her bed crying. That was the beginning of her hell, after that he came back again and again.

Seeming to have more fun with the girl then he did her mother, keeping her mother to strung out to fight it even if she wanted to. Years went on like this, years of rape and abuse. Eventually her father thought a fun idea to let his buddies have a go as payment for some goods he needed. And soon she became a well used item of trade. That is till the day she snapped and had more then enough.

The day her mother was killed, ODing in the bathroom. To this day Jacklyn believes she killed herself, to run from the hell they were both in.Though either way she still blamed her father. What ever the reason it was enough. The 16 year old girl waited for her father to send one of his men in to have a go at her. And right as he was about to cum, when he was most distracted she shoved a pencil through his ear and killed him.

From there she left her room in only the mans shirt and found her fathers gun. He and his friends were high and laughing it up in the living room when she walked in. "Oh already done with Danny...good girl...you want another. Hey Jason guess it's your turn." her father said with a laugh. That laugh...she still remembers that laugh. As her father laughed and the man stood she blacked out and shots rang through the house.

When Jacklyn was found she was just sitting in the bathroom gun in hand holding her mothers head in her lap. Blood over her body, she simply handed over the gun and admitted to committing the murders. Walking with the police to the car and to jail, and eventually her sentencing.

Staying in a normal jail till she was 18, her record was far from perfect. Mostly she was fine and loved to learn and read books. But once someone tried to push or break her she'd snap and attack or even kill them without even blinking an eye. She simply stated she'd never be someones victim again. Her record states she even started hacking the computer systems and getting items, or setting of pranks at the jails she was held in. A huge crate of dildos delivered to the head of her jail. With a lovely note say she needed to of a few really good orgasms and relax a little. Hundred pizza's for a movie night. Mostly harmless it seemed till they found out she was stealing info from files and blackmailing people with it to get goods and what ever else she needed given to her.

Once she was 18 Jacklyn was transferred to Cape Providence, the state stating she was beyond recovery. Once there she tried to make her own way, but she was just a young girl against hundreds of thugs. She came to frequent a bar/club and inn within the Residential District. Haven was it's name and it was owned by an independent you could say. An older man that was tough as nails and was one no one messed with. And even being a tight wad and a ass hole, he took a liking to the tough young girl. And when he found her fighting tooth and nail to not be raped by a few lowly thugs in one of the gangs. He stopped them, called her dumb for walking at night and took her to his place at Haven.

From there he told her if she was going to live in this world she'd better learn how to survive in it. And he started teaching her all he knew, turns out he was x military. A navy seal that eventually went rouge when the US left him to die, started taking his own contracts and became a mercenary
. Eventually being caught and dropped here. He built for himself Haven, a neutral zone within the hell they all knew and loved. Everyone knew not to start shit within the walls of Haven or they'd live to regret it...that is if they lived.

She grew up like this, learning from Jake the old man...the man that became her father. Even if he didn't admit it he loved the girl, never touched her in anyway sexual. And god forbid someone else tried, "you like your dick boy...then I suggest you keep it in your pants." was one of his better known lines. She grew up from then on learning how to fight, shot a gun, gather in tell and how to use it. And took to riding motorcycle like it was second nature. Having the Bloody Skull's make her a custom bike with a few special surprises. And growing up to be a strong confident woman with Jake's few on live.

Jake died a year ago, leaving her the club and no one would argue with her. She wasn't sad when Jake died, no she knew he ended up living his live how he wanted to. Not sure if it was the boos, cigarettes, or the fact that he was a man whore...which did him in she'd never know. All she knew is the old codger went out with a smile on his face.

So now Jacklyn owns and runs Haven, she is known to be a woman you don't fuck with. But also a woman of means, and in this place that's saying something. She keeps Haven a neutral zone and if you happen to try and change that she makes it known she can back up her words. But she has also collected a ragtag group of "employee's". All of which she seems to take care off and seem to get along with her just fine. But they all say just don't piss her off and your golden. Though they joke with her and say things like her cooking can be just as dangerous. She says microwaving counts, and that she can do just fine.

She has been known to preform on the stage that Haven has, singing and dancing only when she finds the muse to do so. But when she does...oh what a show. And oddly enough a piano can be heard from up in her suit. So to this day is even as an "Independent"  Jacklyn has earned her own respect within Cape Providence.

Psychiatric Record: She has OCD,and  one would call her sociopath her lack of emotion when it comes to having to kill unnerves most people even here. Though she normally doesn't kill anyone that stays on her good side. Insomnia do to nightmares that she never talks about.

Criminal Record: She was put away for killing a 8 men including her own father. When she sat calmly in the court room and said she did in fact killed them, and she would do it again if given half the chance. the judge and the jury ignored what the men had done to her and only saw her crime and feared the look in the girls eyes. Sending her to prison for life at the age of 16 once she was 18 having her transferred here. 

Time Served: 9 years since turned 18

Skills: She has a fighting ability that one wouldn't expect from her, and a skill with guns on par with a military trained professional, her knowledge of the area and her ability to take in and process information, driving a motorcycle, and some interesting computer skills.

Ons:Control mostly she keeps it as she has yet to submit to anyone, she is sensual so she loves tasting, touching her partner. rough sex when it calls for it, she was never one to deny the animal within.
