For those who aren't very well acquainted with the world of Black ★ Rock Shooter there is a game out in japan. As far as I can tell its sort of like Halo 3 were there are aliens taking over and an army finds a super solider who helps save the world. Don't worry if you haven't played these games for this rp is set to take place just after the games when the threat is gone. Now that the war is over there seems to be a very small need for Black ★ Rock Shooter (Who for the sake of a shorter and somewhat real name will just be nicknamed Rock like the manga.) The military is considering destroying her weapons and perhaps even her so one they have an open bed and a little bit more food for the soldiers and two her power cannot fall into the wrong hands. Of course knowing her very life is being threatened after almost single handedly saving the world she becomes leery of the soldiers. There are still aliens and even the small guns of the military can kill them. After taking a particularly hard beating in a fight with a stronger alien she may have killed it but at the end of the fight was caught in a mound of falling rubble. Now trapped the military is ordering no one to help her, leaving her to somehow get out of die there. That's where you come in. Maybe saving the trapped woman and bringing her back to her "home" aka the military claiming she escaped on her own. Once back of course she is locked up to keep people safe though she had no intention of doing anything that may hurt anyone.
For the other player I was thinking of them maybe a soldier, disobeying orders to help her but when she is locked up frees her and goes out to see her secretly. I'm up for anything and somewhat looking for possibly a relationship to blossom between the two. If there is a relationship the only things I don't like are watersports, gore, scat, smoking. Anything you aren't sure of just ask.
