From the wall safe, concealed behind an innocuous looking stereo speaker, David Kruger withdrew a leather bound ledger. He passed his hand over embossed lettering, which spelled out “The Symposium.” He took the book over to his glass-topped dinning table and made an entry. In a careful yet flowing script he filled in the appropriate columns: Gregory Dales, provisional member, to be reviewed upon wife’s completion of training.  He signed the final column with his own signature; thereby, assigning himself as trainer.

Gregory Dales, the candidate, had undergone several interviews with David present at all of them. He had been submitted for membership by Edward Shilling, The Symposium’s wealthiest and most politically influential member. Therefore, David had handled the induction process himself. He refused to trust an underling to manage such a matter.

Gregory Dales was an ambitious and shrewd young business lawyer who worked solely for Shilling. Dales had been married for eight years now and Shilling must have seen a smoldering lust for both power and sex within the man. Shilling must also have seen Gregory’s wife and wanted nothing more than to spread her out like a personl banquet.

The Symposium's roster of members read like the “Fortune 500’s” best and most powerful men in New York. The club had formed almost 20 years ago. The originator Thomas Burwell had expected some five or six members but to his amazement it had spread so rapidly among the movers and the shakers that he had quickly limited its membership to one hundred active participants. The original premise that each member’s wife would be trained and made available to the other members had remained in tact. What had originally served merely as a sex club soon blossomed into a business boon and the source of tremendous wealth and advancement for all members.

Gregory Dales had been made aware of these advantages and had perused the photographs of the “trophy wives.” His biggest drawback was that he and his wife were still in love, but he felt himself stiffen with desire as he read the bios and ogled the women. He had been invited to a private club “get-together”. The orgy had him hard for two weeks and he had amazed Jennifer, his wife, with astounding demands and insatiable performances. Jennifer had loved the change but had no idea what had brought it about.

David and Gregory’s final meeting had precluded with Gregory being assigned the task of sending Jennifer to David’s flat. She was to know that he was to train her as a slutwife and a submissive. If she did not remain for the two week training period, the application for their admittance would be withdrawn. It was up to Gregory to have her arrive at the Brownstone alone, ready for her ordeal. The club did not care how he achieved this. That was his problem. She was to arrive exactly one month after their last interview, on June 23rd, this very evening at eight o’clock. David, closed the ledger, returned it to the safe. He selected some Verdi for the stereo, poured himself a glass of Merlot, sat on his couch and waited….
