Jefepato is right: the 'weight' has to do with the type of sex, not the level of violence.  That said, leaving it in Heavy leaves room for the really bad guys to do bad, bad things...a little bit of Sin City in our Love and Rockets.  :)  If this is unlikely, then we ought at least leave it in midtones.  Someone's bound to get tied up and whipped in a game like this.   

On skills...personally, I'd okay adjustments so long as you stay within the template (I adjusted one of the HellJack's for just such a reason).

This is meant to be on the campy side, isn't it?  I mean, violent deaths are one thing, but rape seems a bit much for the mood.

In any case, I definitely need to rethink whether my intended character can fit into a group like this.

i will tend towards maybe less sexual violence anyway so maybe moving it too normal.. hehe
