Good thing you sunk all of that money into that +5 resistance cloak. The DC for the gaze O death is 19 will. Without that cloak your will save is a meager +9. Which will not be a hassle for me, since I have dispel magic at will.

Also have a +4 save against poison and 22 spell resistance. My biggest weakness is my shitty combat prowess compared to a equally leveled fighter or barbarian, 8 hit dice, and no prof. in armor or shields. I only have 62 hit points and I am not wearing any armor, with a base AC of 22.

Just good luck trying to find me with my improved invisibility at will.

Let's see...  My Cloak of Resistance has a Caster Level of 3 times its bonus, so 15.  As a magic item, it can only be suppressed by a targeted dispel, and the DC is 26.  Meanwhile, caster level for Dispel Magic caps at 10, meaning you'd need to roll a 16 or higher to successfully suppress it.  I think I like my chances.

That said, I'd rather not get into some sort of comparative competition about who would win in a fight before the game even starts.  Kulzu, being a devil and not a demon, doesn't kill people for no reason, and your character is extremely unlikely to give her a reason to do so, unless she is for some reason in the habit of both preparing True Seeing on a daily basis and casting it on random Coures she happens to meet.

I thought it was sexy.
'
'Anyway flaws is fine. Abilities are 1d10+8 for each stat.

xD Thank you.

Alright.  In that case, here's my roll:

Attribute rolls.
1d10+8=14
1d10+8=15
1d10+8=14
1d10+8=18
1d10+8=12
1d10+8=16)

Definitely a better stat spread than I had before, so I'll keep it. ^^ Final version of Kulzu should be up in a few hours.

Okay, and now, after finding out that the City Slicker feat didn't give me the class skills I thought it did, I'm finding myself cursing the lack of ways to get Bluff and Sense Motive as class skills. ><; Especially since you'd think Imps would have at least Bluff as a skill for their HD, considering their typical role as liars who trick people into committing evil acts...

Anyway, since I don't have access to either of those, I'd like to ask permission to use a homebrew feat to get them.  I don't think it's overpowered, but of course final approval rests with the GM.

Something to do to pass the time. If I do find out that you are a naughty naughty Imp, well I would just try to smother you with Love and Justice! Think Amelia from Slayers and her self righteousness.

Also my only point of reference for the material plane is all of the adventure/romance novels I read back on my home plane. Which, safe to say, do not do a very good job with setting accuracy, with the land being filled with brave knights and damsels in distress, fighting off some evil dude that is evil because someone has to be! Along with plenty of raunchy sex scenes intermixed for variety. I naturally brought along my favorite books with me in my bag for my vacation, as they are so campy that your typical male would either go insane or start coughing up blood with just a few pages read.

Introducing Serielye, Fighter of Truth and Justice!

Also what are the rules for outsiders anyway? They get muddled across so many books that it is hard to keep track. What I do know is:

-When they die they don't really die, they just get banished back to their home plane. So raise dead and resurrection won't work, but limited wish and planar summoning will.
-Do they need to eat and sleep and all that jazz?

Online Kunoichi

The answers to those questions are covered under the Outsider Type.

And looking over your character sheet, I note that you've placed more ranks in your skills than you're allowed to with the level adjustment that the Monster Class gives you. ^^; The cap for you is 11, not 17.

How does your naughty naughty Imp get to the material plane? Probably something evil... and naughty...

Kulzu is a bit of a rarity among Devils.  She's an Imp who actually likes her current existence as an Imp, and who has no desire to be promoted into a more powerful form.  She much prefers her tiny size, her small shapeshifting abilities, and her innately poisonous nature, and likes that being a weak little Imp keeps her on the Material Plane doing other devils' dirty work and far, far away from the horrific violence of the Blood War.

At the moment, if all things go well, she'll be working for ExisD's Erinyes character as a sort of general lackey, while also running her own projects on the side.  Mostly assassination work and illegal poison sales, but if ulthakptah allows it, she'll also have special dispensation to offer up Faustian Pacts (Fiendish Codex II) to help with her own soul-harvesting work.

Naturally, working for a Devil sent to corrupt souls in the Material Plane, she arrived by getting a Plane Shift with her boss, or however else Devils get to the Material Plane. :P

So naughty and evil! Naughty naughty Imp! Someone needs to get spanked right away!

Online Kunoichi

Good luck with that when there's a stinger-tail in the way. :P Besides, if you wind up getting paralyzed by Dex damage, I can assure you that you'll be the one getting spanked.

Neutralize poison and restoration, whee!

Online Kunoichi

And how many of those will you memorize in a day?  To say nothing of the two standard actions it will take, thus seeing you poisoned again after the Neutralize Poison is cast, then a third time after the Restoration...

Offline NicciKotor

If you make poison in your body like the naughty imp you are, I can just cast it on you. Neutralize poison makes the holder of the enchantment immune to poison for 10 minutes per level. The spell would immediately detoxify your body and destroy all of your poison capacity.

Also Holy Word.

Not too bad. Not very far off from what I had before. Though my strength does go down  :'( My charisma goes up though, so Maka is even cuter than before.

Well, the Spirit Lion Totem from Complete Champion is a pretty common choice for Barbarians, first.  It gives you Pounce in exchange for Fast Movement, which is a solid trade.  The Monkey Grip feat can be replaced with a magic item (Strongarm Bracers, in the Magic Item Compendium), and Weapon Focus... isn't really a good feat to take unless you need it as a prerequisite for something else. ^^; Same for Cleave, unfortunately...

Maxing out Intimidate and taking Imperious Command and Intimidating Rage can give you some extra versatility in battle, though the Charisma requirements on that first feat might be a little hard to swing.

Power Attack and Leap Attack are commonly paired with Shock Trooper's Heedless Charge ability, though you'll need Improved Bull Rush to pick up that feat.

The Streetfighter ACF found here looks like it could be fun, and the 'Skilled City Dweller' ACF on that same page could give you access to some more useful skills, as well.

I'd probably replace the Merciful property on your sword with Berserker, which is in the MIC and 1d8 to damage while raging, or Warning for a +5 to Initiative.

Other than that, though, your choices look pretty good.  Most of the above are only suggestions anyway, so feel free to take the ones you like the sound of and ignore the ones you don't. ^^

Went with Fox totem, since Maka's goal is to be the "Bestest bandit there ever was" and it helps offset the fact that hide and move silently are not class skills for barbarians. Didn't really plan on messing with intimidate too much. Envisioning Maka being closer to the cuter side of the adorable vs horrifying scale. Grabbed weapon focus and cleave for three mountains, since I like the idea of smacking people a few times and making them nauseated.

Street Fighter does look interesting, but not exactly what I had first envisioned for Maka. And the merciful property is there for RP reasons. While she wants to beat people up and take their stuff, she doesn't actually want to kill anyone, so this allows her to fight at full strength without any worries. And she can always turn it off if we encounter anything that is immune to nonlethal damage. I like the strongarm bracers though, so I'm not rejecting all of your ideas  :-[

On a completely unrelated note, I wonder how much of the MGE universe Ulth plans on using?

"This is my first time vacationing on the material plane, so I am rather confused. I should keep my coins in a purse, so naughty petgirls can steal it? Well I suppose that sounds okay, after all petgirls are suppose to be adorable and do adorable things!"
