Name: Kelly  Anne Maguire
Age: 25 years
Gender: Female
Height: 5’6”
Weight: 120lbs

Nationality / Ethinicity:  Irish American

Occupation: Manageress of Maguires Garage and Maguires Bar and Grill – though often times she can be found pulling a pint or working on a car engine.

Sexuality: Hetrosexual

Appearance:
Hair: dark brown
Eyes: pale blue
Skin tone: pale

Distinctive Feature: tattoo of a wasp on the inside of her right wrist;  knife slash scar 4 inches long from left ear to jawline.

Motivation: determined that the business that has been in her family for years does  not fall by the wayside, that her fathers legacy continues and there is something there for her brother to return too when he leaves prison.

Personality: Strong and often deemed the silent type, known as the brains of the family though she was never afraid to get her hands dirty. A tomboy when younger, she is still very athletic though a far cry from the days when she climbed trees along the avenue to their street. Proud and loyal, fierce in spirit though has so far been able to hide the vulnerability that gnaws away at her since she was attacked. Has moments where she just wants to be alone, so she can simply break down – it’s tiring trying to keep a brave face on 24/7.

Likes: old cars, old bikes, Harley Davidsons, Power Kites, playing the guitar, Rock and some Metal bands. Adores the Red Hot Chilli Peppers and has a picture behind the bar of herself with Anthony Kiedis; the smell of pipe tobacco and Jameson Whiskey and The Godfather Movies.

Dislikes:  guys with flash cars, flash clothes and flash anything; girls who look down on her for working the bar and the garage. Hates extreme heat and extreme cold temperatures; spiders, rats and assholes but not always in that order. Pop music and Justin Timberlake.

Skills / Hobbies:  Has done courses in bar work, auto shop repair and accounting in order to  help run the family businesses. Can take apart a car engine and have it back together again running as good as new faster than any of the guys at the garage. Has been known to hustle at pool. Efficient with a handgun and pays regular visits to the shooting range.

Flaws: will never hear a bad word said against her family or the Ministers of Death MC; other than her brothers friends, she trusts no one and lets no one get close to her. Is extremely weary and sometimes quite jumpy though tries to hide it. Takes Cipramil as a result of panic attacks she suffers since the incident.

Biography:

Her father, Brendan Maguire took over the running of his fathers bar after returning from the Gulf War in 1991. Disillusioned, by a lot of what he saw on his return he and two other ex-marines organised the Desert Wolves MC. They were soon highly respected within the community and kept petty crime and drug related incidents down in their part of North Vegas. With the bar business going well and his wife running it, Brendan bought a derelict warehouse and renovated it to Maguires Garage. His son Michael spent almost every minute of the day hanging out at the garage while Kelly attended school and was found at either the bar or the garage.

After Michael joined the marines (8th Marine Regiment ) and was sent on tour to Afghanistan in 2001, things rapidly began to fall apart back home. The MC began to split as its three founders all wanted to take the gang in a different direction; one preferring organised crime, the other insisting they stick to the porn industry and racketeering while Brendan felt they should pull together as a proper community protection organisation; Stepping in as the strong arm of justice when the law could not be relied upon. When Geremy Bishop came looking for employment straight out of the penitentiary, it was usually Desert Wolves way to slowly blend ex-cons back into society but as he was a sex offender, Brendan simply sent him packing.

As a result, Geremy showed up at the garage one night while Brendan and Kelly, 20 at the time, were locking up. He shot Brendan twice killing him instantly and raped Kelly at knife point. A few months later Michael returned from Afghanistan and tried to pick up the pieces of what was left. The Desert Wolves had done what they could to help out but since his fathers death, the MC had begun to split even more. They attempted to recruit him but he refused and began to make a proper go at the bar and the garage.

Kelly had begun taking various courses to keep her busy, though since the rape she barely spoke to any one and began to suffer from panic attacks. It was great to have her brother home again but she feared for their safety when he came home one day delighted at having met up with some old friends of his from the marines. They had it seemed formed their own MC and wanted him in. For a time he was their enforcer and life again was running smooth. Kelly’s panic attacks stopped and she was smiling more and more like her old self again. Until Michael’s constant investigation into the whereabouts of Geremy Bishop finally bore fruit and he went after him. Caught and tried for second degree murder, Michael was sent away for life.

Kelly believes he will be out on parole after serving ten but even this is no glimmer of hope. Her panic attacks though not as regular or severe, still give her cause to use her medication. Thanks to all the work he had so far put into the Ministers of Death, his sister and mother became classified as ‘Friends of the Club’.

I wouldn't mind "working" at the garage.

For the most part Wyatt spends lots of time gambling but he does enjoy doing body work on cars, basic mechanic but he could turn a crumpled oil drum into a Porsche if given enough time.

Also see Michael and Wyatt being close, so the connection could have started from there. When Wyatt wins, Michel's commissary sees it and he eats well.

Name: Ryan Solovyov
Age: 26
Gender: male
Height: 5'7''
Weight: 140
Nationality/Ethnicity: Russian American
Occupation(s): Mechanic at a local bike shop/dealership and a part time job at a local gunstore
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Appearance:
Distinctive Features:
Motivation: His loyalty to the gang
Personality: Ryan can be the best friend you've ever had or the last enemy you'll ever make. He is easy going and loyal to his friends and the gang. When it's time for business though he's quiet and focused on the task at hand.
Likes: Music, bikes, honest people, working on bikes, people that are active, racing
Dislikes: laziness, dishonesty, cocky people,  people that are stuck up, cops
Skills & Hobbies: Working on bikes, working with guns
Flaws: sometimes over confident, has trouble asking for help of any kind, he has a short fuse

Biography: His parents immigrated to America when they discovered his mother was pregnant with Ryan. They didn't want him growing up in a communist environment and wanted to give him a somewhat fair chance at life. Ryan was born in Los Angeles in 1985 and lived there until he was eighteen. Growing up Ryan was bullied by people because he was Russian. No matter how hard he tried to fit in he was always made an outcast. He had heard his parents speak of the term "comrade" that they used to call their friends and family back in Russia. Ryan longed to be able to call someone that.

At a young age he took fascination in motorcycles. He loved their sound, how they were different from cars. While his parents did their best to raise him and make sure he had a good education he always put his passion for bikes above all. When he was thirteen he told his parents his dream to be able to work on motorcycles for a living. They respected his wish and he dropped out of school to pursue his passion. His parents bought him books on motorcycles and how to repair them, take them apart and put them back together. When he was sixteen he got a part time job as a mechanic for a local bike shop. He moved to full time a year later.

He bought his first bike when he was eighteen, a used Harley Iron 883. With his parents support and the small amount of money he was able to save, he decided it was time to leave home. He made his way to Las Vegas where he got another job as a bike mechanic and found himself a nice but small studio apartment to live in. When he turned twenty one he decided to by a gun for protection. He bought a 9mm handgun and learned to shoot. Over the months he became a regular to the gun store where he bought the 9mm. After a year or so he got a part time job at the gun store and has since worked there and at the bike shop as a mechanic.

After he turned twenty three he caught wind of a bike gang by the name of Ministers of Death. He was instantly interested and began socializing with some of the members. He became a full patched member when he was twenty five and earned the role as an Enforcer for the gang. Now twenty six years old he had a group of friends, a second family if you will, and people that he could call comrade.

For Members of the MC
Bike(s):  Harley Iron 883
Sidearm(s): 9mm handgun (he carries a concealed silencer just in case), A serrated combat knife
Role In Club: Enforcer

Michael will be glad to know that Wyatt's got his family covered  ;)

This is rough and I welcome a connection with any other player ranging from cousin to half-sister to whatever.

Name: Tina Maran
Age: 21
Gender: Female
Height: 5’3”
Weight: 120lbs

Nationality / Ethinicity:  Mixed Race

Occupation: Mechanic and part-time waitress

Sexuality: Bisexual, but doesn't advertise the fact.

Appearance: Tina cuts her own hair, adds a tattoo nearly every year, often has grease under her fingers and would probably clean up nice, but would far rather strip down a motorcycle.
Hair: Brown, but she tends to dye it various colors depending on her mood.
Eyes: Nut brown
Skin tone: Olive

Distinctive Feature: Multiple tattoos, not all visible.

Motivation: She wants to live life. She's intensely loyal to her friends.

Personality: Hot headed, outspoken, speaks and then thinks.

Likes: Motorcycles, hot cars, engines, bass guitars, drummers, interesting tattoos, and that feeling right after the third drink, but before the fifth.

Dislikes: People she doesn't know, police, teachers, preachers, and guys in suits.

Skills / Hobbies: Bass guitar, racing motorcycles, beach volley ball, scuba diving, souping up cool cars.

Flaws: Has trouble keeping a secret, because she tends to say whatever comes into her head. Once she decides your her friend, won't hear a bad word about you and is likely to crack a beer bottle over the had of anyone who tries.

Biography: Her dad cooked meth and died in a road side shoot out with the cops when she was ten. Her mother grew pot in the back yard and usually had guys drifting in and out of the scene. Tina got through the sophomore year in high school, before getting thrown out of the house by her mother after calling the police, claiming Tina had assaulted her. After several attempts at placements and a failure to attend school, even after being transferred to Frontier the alternative high school, she ended up spending the year before she turned 18 in juvenile hall. They kicked her out of juvie on her 18th birthday and she hooked up with a great old mechanic who taught her a trade.

Kendra, as far as a unit? I am thinking the 8th Marine Regiment.

RedEve, as far as the main plot? It is mostly going to focus on the club and their loved ones, but at the start of the game it is going to involve their transition into heavier crimes in comparison to their usual vices for a higher payout and attracting more attention because of it.

Jukebox, profile approved. Nicely done.

If there's still room, I'd love to play the MC's dodgy accountant! Aiden, if you still remember him, I think Bill Burpleson will fit the bill with some tweaks and adjustments.

Kobrakid,

I noticed that Ryan Solovyov works as a mechanic at a local bike shop/dealership and part time at a gun store. My character works part time as a mechanic and part time as a waitress. We might talk about possible connections. She might work at the same shop/dealership or maybe at an independent autoshop, but they would still have contact in terms of ordering parts, etc.

I thought it might help to talk about the shops and give us a little background and connection for when we begin. I'm also open to discussing ideas with other people. We might even want to form an /ooc thread for such discussion, though this works well too

The actual thread, I'm going to attempt to get started tomorrow. However I can do an OOC thread. I am going to put this in extreme, just to be safe because I have no idea violent people may wish for the game to get.

I'm in the mood for something off-the-wall here.  Maybe a local high school female senior, honor-student type who somehow crosses paths in a bad way with the MC.  Maybe in a way that isn't her fault, per se...like maybe a relative or her mother or someone disrespects the Club, steals from it, something like that.  (I mean, she is an honor student, and smart enough to not deliberately piss off some bas-assed bikers.)  Nothing mortal, but clearly something that has to be answered for.  And one or more club members finds out, and things go from there.  She might be forced into prostitution, at least part time, raped, that sort of thing.  I have few limits as to what happens to her.  Interracial is a kink of mine.  I picture the character could be fit in...wherever...and I would be open to playing other family members as well if the role or storyline involves them.

Because she does have brains, probably an IQ around 140, she might be useful to the MC in other ways as time goes on...
